Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces of walls or ceiling etc incl. raking out joints ,hacking for key and scrubbing down with water upto 4 storeys building complete all as specified.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on brick surfaces on fair face of brick work and finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete or brick surface and finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new surface and applying two coats of white wash on ceiling all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surface and applying two coat of distemper over one coat primer on wall including two coats of 3 mm wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size sub class B brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius in half brick thick wall built in cement mortar in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18sqm, in floors/wall etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles laid over including 15 mm thick screed bead in CM 1:4, including dismantling of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Sr. item no. 16 but as on verticle surface of wall such as skirting incld 10mm thick cement plaster (1:4) as in backing coat of tiles. complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick on vertical surface such as in dado/skirting/risers to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) including dismantling of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair stainless steel sink with drainage board made out of 1mm thick sheet for kitchen or laboratory with plug, washer, waste pipe etc including cast iron brackets, connecting union over all size 915mm X 460mm with bowl size 410mm X 330mm X 160mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash hand basin of size 550mm x 400mm white, flat back including angle iron brackets with two coats of synthetic enamel paints including PVC waste pipe of 32mm dia of suitable length, PVC connection of 15mm dia & 450mm long with PTMT nuts, and 32mm dia brass waste fitting complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china squatting pan “orrisa” pattern of size 580mmx440mm “white” with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) incl provision of cement concrete bedding, ‘P’ trap 110mm dia connection to trap and flushing pipe, anti-syphonage complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling stone slab and granite of any description or thickness in floors etc and removing the debries outside the MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition reinforced cement concrete of roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas, RCC Jali and similar suspended work (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete nominal mix 1:2:4, type B-1 using (20mm graded aggreate) in slabs supported on walls, beams and column in floors,roofs,landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for formwork to chullah hoods, chajjas, slab, trough and similar items including edges finished rough surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S& F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood, plain solid stright chowkhats and frames wrought framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete or brick surface and finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement upto 4 storeys building with water proofing compound complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for preparing surfaces of new plaster on walls and applying two coats of cement base paint Over a coat of alkali resitant primer complete all as specified

M&L for preparation of new surface and applying two coat of distemper on wall over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for prepration of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint , dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade and including priming coat of exterior primer applied over new surfaces.

Dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC columns, beams, slabs chajjas and the like as directed, roughening and cleanining concrete surface with steel wire brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry, incl derusting of steel reinforcement, providing fabric mild steel wire mesh 75 mm x 75 mm x 2 mm dia as reinforcement to concrete. After placing the additional reinforcement all concrete surfaces shall thoroughly scrubbed with brushes, washed with water and alloy to dry . To this surfaces apply chemical polycrete admixture at the rate not less than 2% by weight of cement and providing minimum 30 mm thick (average thickness ) gunniting mix (using 1 part of ordinary Portland cement 53 Grade and 2 parts of ghaggar sand mixed with adhessive / admixture at the rate as directed) with a pressure of 2 to 2.5 Kg per Sqcm by gunniting machine and surfaces finished even and fair, incl necessary padding, shuttering / form work, 5 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1: 4 ) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floor and paving n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground floor).

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 as in Plinth Protection using 40 mm graded stone aggregate including making joints & filling with sand bitumen mastic.

S&F in repairs stainless steel rack for kitchen utensil made out of 22 gauge sheet & overall size 900mm x 750mm fixed to wall with scews complete all as specified and directed by Engr-inCharge.
