Opening and re-fixing existing cable of 11 KV VCB in control room for connects the existing 11 KV cable under the base of VCB panel properly as per direction of supervising engineer.
Providingand fixing of L.T. Distribution Board with fitting of 63 Amp 3 Phase Changeover, MCB Box with 04 Nos. MCB of 32 Amp including wiring by the copper wire from board to all VCB panel completely.
Removal of old damage 11 KV panel from control room to outside of control room including opening all connection i.e. earth flat, Busbar as per direction of supervising engineer.
Providing and fixing of inverter trolly for inverter, battery installed in the control room and connection properly as per direction of supervising engineer.
Providing and fixing of 33 KV "E" clamps made of M.S. flat with new 33 KV pin and pin insulator on post insulator structure by cutting of 33 KV pin with the help gas cutter for increase the height of conductor on post insulator structure.
Repairing of 33 KV Line isolator and bus isolator by greasing of all accessories for smooth operation properly. The work carried out after shut down given to execute the work only four hours maximum in a day.
Fabrication and construction of L.A. structure for installation of lighting arrestor in switch yard.
Installation of 03 Nos. lighting arrestors on the L.A. Structure complete with making earth connections and the connections.
Cleaning the cable trench by removing of cover of trench and removing 11 KV Cable of Feeders, power Transformer cable, controal cable etc. properly including removing of stone blast, mud, bricks as per direction of supervising engineer. Length of tench=150 Mtr.
Laying of various 11 KV feeders cables and power transformer cable, controal cable in the trench after cleaning the trench and filling the core sand (Balu) in the trench in switch yard and controal room properly.
