Dismantling of Shaft sealing arrangement including pipe lines.

Dismantling of adjusting ring, lower/upper cone.

Dismantling of runner cone and runner.

Dismantling of turbine shaft.

Disconnecting of guide vane servomotor from the regulating ring and connected pipelines and removal of the same.

Dismantling of guide vane link mechanism components like lever, link etc. all guide vane bush housings etc.

Removal of guide vanes.

Dismantling of top cover assembly and Pivot ring.

Dismantling of regulating ring.

Disconnecting of MIV from Servomotor, Penstock, Spiral Casing and removal of MIV, Servomotor including control panels and pipe lines.

Dismantling of by pass valve , Air Valve and leakage unit including pipe lines.

Dismantling of EHG.

Dismantling of HMC including pipe lines etc.

Dismantling of OPU system including all and Pressure receiver.

Dismantling of DT dewatering, Drainage system including pipes ,control panels etc.

Dismantling of CO2 system including Cylinders, pipe lines, panels etc.

Any other items required for complete dismantling and removal of all the machineries inside the Power House premises

Shifting of all the dismantled items to designated area (within 500 mtr.) including transportation, loading , unloading and necessary arrangement for the same.

Dismantling of Generator dome, Slip ring, collector casing and top shaft.

Dismantling of all vapour seals & piping etc.

Removal of RTD’s, DTT’s, Thermostats and guide pads of LGB, UGB etc.

Removal of all oil retaining sleeves including pipe lines.

Dismantling CW pipe lines and oil lines of LGB and UGB.

Removal of Generator Air coolers and removal of oil coolers of LGB, UGB etc.

Dismantling/Removal of Rotor.

Dismantling of brake drums & jack system including control panel.

Removal of bottom bracket.

Decoupling of Generator and Turbine shaft and removal of Generator shaft.

Dismantling of Thrust pad, Spring Mattress, Stool including H.P. lub systems.

Dismantling of Stator in 3 segments after removing requisite stator coils & terminals.

Dismantling of Bus duct including Excitation Transformer, UAT, CT, PT, LAVT etc.

Dismantling of neutral terminal and removal of NGT, CT, Resistor isolator etc.

Dismantling / Removal of all Power and Control cables insite the P.H. building.

Any other items required for complete dismantling and removal of all the machineries inside the Power House premises
