REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF SEWAGE LINE AND MANHOLES CLEANING OF MANHOLES/SEPTIC TANKS REPAIR TO DRAINS PATHWAY AND HARDSTANDING COMPOUND WALL AND BOUNDARY WALL SECURITY FENCING GRILLS AND GATES INCL OTHER CONNECTED MISC WORKS AT RMS DHOLPUR

Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes,pierholes,etc not exc10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out Hard/dense soils or soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified.

Returning filling including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated soils or rock to a distance n. exc 50m and deposited where directed n. exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Cutting existing manholes for connection new drain pipe making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished and benching as required internal dia of pipe 150mm complete all as specified.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Re- inforced concrete) set in cement mortar 150 mm dia of pipe complete all as specified.

M&L for DWCPE 180(OD)/163(ID) mm diameter pipe laid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in, cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) bore of pipe 150 mm complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete ( reinforced) in gd floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness below or above the ground level complete all as specified.

M&L Precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone agg) as in landings , cover slabs for man holes etc) chullah hood, chajjas , water troughs mangers ,shelves and similar articles with plain faces ans setting in mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.(reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately)

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape reqd incl cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0 complete all as specified.
