Power Transformer step down, outdoor type of capacity 8.0 MVA (8000KVA) 132 KV/11 KV, 3 phase, 50cycles AC with On Load Tap Changing arrangements with remote control panel operation) on 132 KV sides to vary secondary voltage from +5% to (-) 15% in steps of 1.25% (17 steps), impedance 7.35% at normal / common tap No 7 including suitable marshalling box and HV terminals 3 Nos outdoor bare bushings with sockets and LV terminals connectors to connect the transformer with HT XLPE Power cable of size 300 sqmm x 3 core with copper conductor and LV additional Neutral with one no solid porcelain type out door bushings with sockets on the transformer lid for earthing purpose complete in all respects with standard accessories and fittings conforming to IS-2026 primary side delta and secondary side star. The salient features of the transformer shall be as below :-
(a) (i) Transformer shall be DYN 11 vector group oil immersed naturally cooled, doubled wound electrolytic copper winding core type, Radiator cooled MS tank complete with first fill of transformer oil as per IS-335 with ONAN cooling system. The temperature of oil shall not rise 550C of winding. Transformer shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint . (ii) Rating and diagram plate (iii) Earthing terminals - 2 Nos. (iv) Lifting lugs (v) Thermometer pocket. (vi) Air release valve with plug. (vii) Oil filling hole with plug on & incl. conservator with drain valve and plug. (viii) Plain type oil indicator on one side of conservator with minimum and maximum oil level marking. (ix) Dehydrating breather - 01 No (x) Oil conservator with drawn valve and plug.
(xi) Sampling valves, top and bottom. (xii) Under base with flat treaded bi-directional rollers. (xiii) Drain cum bottom filter valve with plug. (xiv) Top filter valve with plug. (xv) Explosion vent with diaphragm and equalizer pipe (pressure release device). (xvi) Jacking lugs and hauling holes. (xvii) Inspection cover. (xviii) Detachable radiators with shut off valves between radiators and tanks. (xix) Radiator with air release valve and plug. Oil drain hole with plug and lifting eye all as per manufacturer's standards. (xx) 150mm dia oil temperature indicator stem type. (xxi) Double float Bucholtz relay with two sets of contacts and isolating valves. (xxii) 150mm dia winding temperature indicator with maximum indicating pointer and resetting device. (xxiii) 100mm dia magnetic oil level gauge with low level alarm.
(b) Transformer shall be inspected by inspecting officers nominated by Chief Engineer R&D at manufacturers factory and all pre acceptance test as described in IS: 2026 (Pt I) shall be carried out. (c) Site testing: Insulation resistance, oil temperature alarm trip, Winding temperature alarm and trip, Bucholtz relay alarm and trip, Low oil level alarm, testing of annunciation systems by auxiliary relay triping of transformer, Polarity marking and phase sequence, Ratio test, dielectric strength and filtration if required should be carried out. (d) Control cables and Bus-duct shall be measured and paid separately. (e) Foundation and civil works shall be carried out and the cost is deemed to be included in the quoted rate as per manufacture's recommendation. Supply, erection and testing and commissioning of SF-6 Circuit Breaker of rated voltage 145KV, rated short circuit current at 40 KA, rated frequency 50 Hz, 3 pole outdoor type rated normal current 1600A, spring operated mechanism confirming to IS 996/IEC 62271-100X all as specified and directed by E-in-Charge. Make: ABB / BHEL / SEIMENS / SCHNEIDER. Note: (i) Current transformer, Control cables, Relay & Control Panel shall be measured and paid under relevant item. (ii) SF6 breaker shall be inspected by inspecting officer nominated by Accepting Officer at manufacture factory and all pre-acceptance test. Type test and routine test as described in IEC guide 25/17025 or IEC 376, 376A and 376B shall be carried out. (iii) SF6 breaker shall be tested for primary injection test and secondary injection test individually at site after erection before commissioning and the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
Supply,erection and testing and commissioning of Metering and Relay panel suitable for 145 KV SF-6 Breaker operation indoor type made out of CRCA sheet of 2mm thick confirming to IS 8623 totally enclosed dust and vermin proof with front and rear openings. The panel should be powder coated after 7 tank process all as specified with the following accessories:- (a) Digital ammeter (b) Digital Power factor meter (c) Indication lamp for circuit breaker ON, OFF, Gas pressures low, auto trip etc as per IE rules / normas / safety code. (d) The numerical relay operating on 110V DC should comprise of the following features :- (i) Three over current & one earth fault relay-one set (ii) High set, Low set. (I) Incoming (VCBs) vacuum circuit breaker 1250A, HT, 11KV three phase, AC supply, 750 MVA, 31.5 KA breaking capacity, short circuit ratings 1 second, vaccum interrupters of the circuit breakers shall not be openly exposed design and shall be completely encapsulated in epoxy housing with pressure 10-9 bar. (f) The chemical salt and magnesium suplhate should not be mixed, but are to be laid in layers only.
(g) Copper strip is to be extended inside the equipment and power room it should routed in the side wall of the underground ducts fixed with creamics / porcelain spacers. (h) Contarctor shall pour sufficient water in earth pit before and after doing earthing. (j) 25mm dia GI pipe suitable length to reach just about copper plate fitted with funnel meshed along with cap and running water tap to be provided for keeping the soil wet. (k) Soft soil (black cotton soil) shall be used in case of rocky terrain. (l) Brass nuts & bolts with proper washer to be used for copper strip jointing and necessary brazing shall be done as directed. (m) Copper strip beyond 7.5m shall be measured and paid separately. (n) The test point for each pit shall be made as directed & the cost is of the same to be include in the quoted rate. (o) The test reports should be submitted in triplicate. (p) Construction of earth pit chamber with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) RCC 1:2:4 cover 50mm thick with 8mm dia TMT bar 100mm centre to centre with lifting handles of suitable dia complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing out door type cable junction box IP 66 on mounted on pole for termination of pole connection including 01 No SPN MCB 0 to 6 amp capacity and incl. Busbar TP and feed of charge on street light cable termination for next pole. Make: Hensel cat part No KF8350 / C&S / HPL.
Supply laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded ISI marked, IS: 7098 Part-I galvanised steel strip or wire armored electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 V grade with stranded aluminum conductor of size 10 Sqmm 4 Core complete all as specified and directed. (for street light)
GI tubing light grade ISI marked IS:1239 for protection of cables at road crossing complete all as specified and of following sizes:-
40 mm bore
80 mm bore
150 mm bore
Reinforced cement concrete pipes class NP2 laid and jointed complete with collars 300 mm dia bore complete all as specified.
Cutting the existing hard standing / road cutting for cable laying and making good the disturbed surfaces with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rate quoted is inclusive of necessary form work for rectification of existing hard standing / road cutting.
PCC (1:3:6) type CI using 20mm graded stone aggregate for foundation all as directed.
Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 mix, type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping etc., including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles etc., including necessary formwork and finishing exposed surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement CTs, PTs, GODs, SF-6, LA, steel structure etc complete all as specified and directed.
Spreading stone aggregate 20mm graded, 10 cm thick over a fly ash layer inside the 132 KV switch yard all as specified and directed. Note: Fly ash material shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.
Supply and spreading fly ash inside the 132 KV switch yard, 15 cms thick complete all as specified and directed.
