SCH 'A' PART-I (B/R PORTION) Surface n.exc 30 cm deep and average 15 cm deep in Hard/dense of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm grade stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sand filling under floor or in foundations incl. watering & consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conferming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thk.,M-40grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for cement concrete, B-0 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs ,water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5M wide and n.exc 1.5 deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work mean radius on plan exc 6 m straight or curved fly ash Brickwork with built in Cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement and other side complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces and Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, watering, levelling and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm using excavated soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc.1.5 m above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10-12 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, win dow-cills, cooking plat forms and including 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) us ing marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5cum in hard/dense soil getting out, returning filling and ramming earth or broken rubbles mislead with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 mtr and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M &L Cement Concrete Type-B2 (1:2:4)) in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed,purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channelor flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1998 grade St-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified with L-type or J-type cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws in roofs, walls etc with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 0.50 mm thick Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F FI 40 x 3 mm thick as in fixing of Roof sheet as wind tie complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and treating with two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plinth protection 75 mm thick in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 ( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) laid in alternate bays (not exceeding 2 Sqm each) finished even and smooth at top without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of plinth protection, filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight complete all as specified and directed.

SCH 'A' PART-II (E/M) PORTION M & L wiring for circuit/submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/recessed as required PVC conduit of suitable size with accessories complete for 2 runs 1.5 sqmm and 1 run of 1.5 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.
