Jointing HDPE Pipes and Specials by butt fusion welding / electro fusion welding joints using fusion equipment as per ISO 21307-2011 and as per IS 7634 (part2) : 2012 including cost of hire charges for butt fusion equipment power supply arrangements etc., complete as per directed by TWAD Board Officers. 110 mm HDPE PN10

Refilling with Excavated soil including all labour chrges etc complete complying with standard Specifications 110mm HDPE PN10

Supply and delivery of wet type submersible pumpset capable of discharging 800 lpm x 30 m head suitable for erection in the well of any dia with stainless steel shaft, bronze impeller and stainer with brass screws, water lubricated bearings with sand guard. The pumpset should confirm to IS 14220 and as amended thereafter and bear ISI marking.

Supply and delivery of 10 HP fully automatic air break Star Delta Starter with single phasing preventor with ammeter with auto restart facility as per IS 13947.

Supply and delivery of 1.1 KV grade, 3 core, armoured Aluminum conductor cable of size 70 sq.mm with ISI marking conforming to IS 1554 of reputed make to be laid connecting Isolator and starter.

Labour charges for erection of submersible pumpset in the well / sump including fixing and joining the submersible cable with proper clamps to the required depth using erection of clamps, valves, pressure gauge and erection of panel Board, laying and jointing the cables, twin earthing etc., as per IE rules including cost of civil works such as construction of earth pit, earth electrode, GI wire etc. complete including testing pumpset
