Safely cartage of other complete line material 11 KV XLPE cable / LT ABC cable (Except PCC /ST Poles) from ESC, SRE/ JE store to site of work including loading, unloading at both ends.

Safe cartage of 25/63/ 100 KVA T/F from ESC,SRE, to the site of work including loading & unloading at both ends.

Safe cartage of 11 KV CT/PT Unit from ESC,SRE, to the site of work including loading & unloading at both ends.

Constriction of plinth for installation of 250/400 KVA T/F of size 1.5x1.5x1.5 mtr made of 9”inch thick wall in all four sides with 6”inch thick RCC Top duly filled with sand and plastered 12mm thick in ratio 1:4 with cement and sand on outer surface of brick wall.

Safely installation of New 250/400 KVA T/F on the plinth by private crain with proper alignment and Complete fitting including making HT connection and commissioning

Providing & Making of Wiremesh fencing size 2.5x2.5x2.5 mtr with grouting making frame of MS angle 35x35x4 mm and fixing four no MS strip size 25x4 mm at equal distance in between the frame and fixing square mesh of 50 mm squre in each frame the fencing should cover all side of T/F with providing 1 no door size 6'x3' with sitakni & dandala with green paints (British/Asian/enamel paints)

Earthing of 250/400 KVA T/F (1 No body & 1 No. neutral earthing) by boring & fixing of G.I pipe 1½ Dia (Jindal Class B) and connecting with G.I. Strip of size 40x5 mm and G.I wire at bottom of G.I pipe to the T/F providing of required charcoal & salt in the pipe.

Erection of single support on PCC/ ST poles (up to 13 Mtr.) Long with complete fitting of all accessories of 11 KV/LT line. complete.

Erection of double Pole on PCC/ ST poles (up to 13 Mtr.) Long with complete fitting with all accessories of 11 KV/LT line. complete.

Providing and fixing of stone ped 300x300x75

Painting of ST poles 11 Mtr, SP-55 with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint after one coat of ready mix primer as well as rubbing/cleaning of surface as required for proper completion of work. and remaining by Aluminium paint including all channels/clamps etc

Laying, lifting, Stringing, proper sagging 11 KV AB cable of size 3x95+1x70+/ 3 3x120+1x95 sq.mm. including fixing of all accessories.

Fixing of 11 KV stay rods by digging of pits in block of 600X600X300 mm. & with new brick and nozzling of stay wire 7/10 SWG and fitting the same on the pole

Concreting of stay rod in ratio 1:4:8 with Ist class brick ballst with cement and sand

Earthing of poles by earthing rod.

Providing All Type MS Clamp for ST/PCC Poles with nuts bolts made of new MS flat 50x5 mm best quality.

Fixing making of 11 KV cable terminations Kit out door & indoor of size 3x35/3x70/3z120/3x185/3x300 sq mm.

Laying and making connections of LT PVC/AL.XLPE cable 4x16/4x25/4x35/3.5x70/3.5x50/3.5x150/ sq.mm. from T/F to double pole (approx to 20 Mtr).

Fixing of Distribution box with clamp 01 & 03 Phase Properly.

Fixing of G.I. Pipe 100 mm 4" dia 3.5 mtr. Long at the both side of double pole.

Concreting of ST Pole SP-55, (up to 13 Mtr.) with cement concreting in block of 600x600x1500 mm in ration 1:4:8 with cement sand and Brick ballast size 1x1.5 sq mm.

Removel of old ACSR weasel/ Rabbit condutor from the existing 11 KV/LT lines with making roll of condutor and shifting from the site to ESC, SRE/JE store including loading and unloading at both ends.

Dismantling of exiting PCC/ST Pole after opening of comlete accessories Safely carrige from site to ESC SRE including loading & unloading at both ends.
