Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM (1:3) on fair faces of brick work or concrete as in ceiling including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finishing the surface fair and even using water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Water proofing compound paid and measured separately)

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down GI tubing 25mm dia and connection including removable to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down GI tubing 20mm dia and connection including removable to store complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F GI tubing 25mm bore medium grade, galvanised, ISI marked with all fittings to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair 20mm bore Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair 25mm bore Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed to 20mm bore dia of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed to 25mm bore dia of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks 500 ltr to 1000ltr capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks of capacity 500 ltrs (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position with and including 20mm dia Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball all as specified in SSR part-I (2009) including dismantling of existing water tank RCC or PVC any type and any position complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 17 above but water storage tanks of capacity 1000 ltr.

S & F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber rings joints fixed to walls or laid in floors as sanitary fittings, rain water pipes etc in any position including taking down sanitary pipes, eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), in any type and position including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, branch pieces, couplers, reducers, vent cowl, stack clamps etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) bend with access door of any radius 110mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 110mm dia PVC (SWR) junction single, (Single T) equal or unequal with access door complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:3, 15 mm thick laid over the RCC roof slab and chajja with WPC including taking down existing screed bed/plaster all as specified and as directed.

M & L for water proofing treatment comprising of the following using 3mm thick APP membrane polymer based to roof slab including taking down existing water proofing treatment of any type and removing the rubbish from the site to a distance exc 500 mtrs and n.exc 1000 mtrs and deposited in low - lying areas complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge:- (a) Apply one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.25kg/sqm. (b) Laying 3mm thick APP polymer modified membrane by torch application method. (c) 24 hours ponding test after laying WP membrane. (d) Apply a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.15kg/sqm.

M&L for preparation of new plastered wall surface and applying two coat of oil bond distemper white or tinted over one coat of Chalk whiting preparatery to distemper complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coat white washcomplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered wall surface and applying two coat cement base paint over alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
