Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of CI / GI pipes laying in trenches and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in trenches including , leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Galvanised Iron Pipe 20mm dia medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete laid as in trenches / floor including taking down of existing pipes, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repairs DI fittings for flanged & spigot socketed pipe e.g. bends (any type, radius and angle), tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) tee pieces, collars, caps and plugs conforming to IS of size upto 200/150/100 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Gun Metal gate valve with Iron wheel head screwed both ends for GI steel tubing 20mm dia, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Painting of CI/DI/GI pipes of size 100/150/200 mm, MS pit cover with two coats of synthetic enamel paint after scratching the existing paint properly and cleaning the surface properly. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of unserviceable Pressure gauge 100mm dia with ball valve of pressure 0-21 Kg/Sqcm with matching thread of specification, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L in repairs for fixing & jointing cast iron non return (reflux)/ valve ISI marked, flanged ends, class PN 1.6 with flanged and drilled ends suitable for 100mm nominal bore pipe complete with all acessories & including joints and jointing material such as bolts, nuts, washers and rubber gaskets, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L in repairs for fixing & jointing Cast Iron Air release valve ISI marked, flanged ends, class PN 1.6 with flanged and drilled ends suitable for upto 200mm nominal bore pipe complete with all acessories & including joints and jointing material such as bolts, nuts, washers and rubber gaskets, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and taking up submersible pumps set of any capacity and any size from bore well with the help of chain pulley block including dismaintling the MS/GI column pipe up to 115 mtr and electrical mechanical connection transportation from site to authorised workshop at Ambala /Chandigarh for carrying out necessary repairs /replacement of defective / worn out parts and back to site, lowering the submercible pump set in to borewell after testing including connecting coulmn pipe and cable connection etc, after completion of the work testing of pump set on load to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge and reading the data complete. Note :- (i) T&P required for raising & lowering, the pumps and pipes will be arranged by contractor and the cost deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contrator for this items. (ii) Small items such as nuts, bolts washers and rubber gasket required will be included in the item rate. (iii) Spare parts for repair will be measured and paid separately.

Strip opening of pump set complete of capacity 30/40 HP Make KSB and removing scales, cleaning serviceable parts and re-assembling after carrying out repairs / replacement of worn out parts including seals, 'o'rings, washers, nuts and bolts as required and making the pump set fully serviceable and testing to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Spares for replacement will be measured & paid separately under respective items herein after supply only. (ii) Replacement of all other items such as seals, 'o'ring , washers, nuts and bolts will be deemed to be included in rate quoted against this item.

Supply and fix D-Joint of upto 100 mm dia in CI/DI pipe line to stop leakage with all necessary items which is required for to stop leakage including necessary excavation and refilling, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone or brick masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches etc. but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per ser item No. 35.00 here in before but except brick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Serviceble Old bricks obtain from ser item No 34.00 shall be reused after cleaning.

Material and labour 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick walls or concrete external surfaces finished even & fair without using extra cement, complete including white wash, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (Reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in coping and foundations for DG etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix valve pit cover with angle iron frame size 40mm x 40mm x 6mm , MS sheet cover 3.15mm thickness , MS sliding bollt and pad locking arrangement alongwith painting of pit cover etc including taking out old or damaged valve pit cover, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and lobour replacement of worn out flat submersible PVC insulated 3 core copper conductor size of 25 Sqm 1100V grade, 50 Hz for submersible, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking out submersible pumps set of10/ 20/30/ 40/41HP capacity and any size from bore well with the help of chain pulley block including dismantling the MS/GI column pipe, and change nuts bolts washers, good quailty ISI marked rubber gasket, lowering the submersible pump set in to borewell after testing including connecting coulmn pipes and cable connections etc, after completion of the work testing of pump set on load to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge and reading the data complete. For development of bore well, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) T&P required for raising & lowering, the pumps and pipes will be arranged by contractor and the cost deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contrator for there items. (ii) Small items such as nuts, bolts washers and rubber gasket required will be included in the unit rate for these items.

Development of tube well by air compressor of capacity not less than 500 CFM at 150 to 200 PSIG approximate capacity as required on ground till to get clear water complete including all T&P , Diesel and other materiel required at site and carrying out yield test, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out water sample in containers and getting the water tested from the department of water test examination from govt approved NABL Lab aur NIIRT- Centre for Calibtation, analysis and Testing for chemical & Bacteriological test complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge for following locations:- (a) PH No 8 (b) PH No GP 2 (c) PH No 2A (d) PH No 7 (e) PH No 6 (f) PH No 9 Parameter (Test Periodicity:- Quaterly Once all in Five Pump House) a. (i) PH, (ii) Chloride, (iii) Flouride, (iv) Iron, (v) Hardness, (vi) Total Plate Count ,(vii) Electrici Conductivity, (viii) Sulfate, (ix) Nitrate , (x) TDS c. (i) Colifrom, (ii) E coil Note :- (i) The Rate quoted by the contractor deemed to be inclusive of the cost of transportation, cost of sample bottles as prescribed by the lab, cost of collection of samples from all the locations and submission of report. (ii) The samples shall be collected during the distribution time, which shall be coordinated with the concerned JE. (iii) The entire report should be submitted in the prescribed format indicating standard permissible values and test results. (iv) Testing of samples (a) to (f) for all the test will be measured as one job )

Supply only of Calcium Hypochlorite (Calcium based granular disinfectant for water treatment, more stale than chlorine gas and stronger than bleaching powder and sodium hypo chlorite) packing in 45 Kgs plastic drums and All make approved by CMPT, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only water testing kit for the estimation of residual chlorine, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing high quality chlorine pipe of 4-6 mm dia high pressure pipe for chlorine supply, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs NRV valve of 15-20mm dia of chlorine dozing pump outgoing to main line, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out existing , supply and fixing of Injector Dosing Pump: Adjustable High Pressure 0-7 Kg/cm2 power input 220 V, 50 Hz 40 SPM 1/30 fractional horse power, Max ouput 0-10 Ltr/hr. Pump with PP Head with mandatory accessories (Antisyphone Valve Assy,Foot Valve Assy, Tubing (LDPE) 3 Mtrs.) or as per site conditions including taking out existing injector dosing pump, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Service Dosing Tank Capacity 100 Ltr. (FRP dosing tank of 100 Ltr. Top dia 540 mm x Bottom dia 480 mm x Height 575 mm Consisting of water inlet line, Drain, Overflow Level gauge inspection port). including taking out existing dosing tank capacity 100 Ltr, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Service Dosing Tank Capacity 200 Ltr. (FRP dosing tank of 200 Ltr. Dia 750 mm, Height 495mm Consisting of Water inlet and outlet line, Drain, Overflow, Pot hole with cover) or as per site conditions. or as per site conditions including taking out existing dosing tank capacity 200 Ltr, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Agitator Motor - 200V, 120 Watt 900 RPM single phase, copper wound, flange mounted motor (With plastic shaft and impeller for make liquid solution). or as per site conditions including taking out existing Agitator Motor - 200V, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine for crossing of water pipe line GI/DI size upto 200mm dia, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparing old surfaces plastered and white wash 1st coat undecoratede surface and 2nd coat of old decorateed surface of any size of valve chamber incl rubbing of internal surface by wire brush/scrubber,desilting of vale pit manually cleaning the internal area with brush, removing loose/deposited dirt etc, cleaning with water thorough, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter deep below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip of size 25 x 6 mm, 7.5m long means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part I connecting to earthing test point and testing on completion with and including PCC pit in mix 1:3:6 type c1 with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 40mm thick cover reinforced with 6mm dia MS bars 3 Nos both ways with lifting book made out of 6mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and 20mm bore light grade GI watering pipe, common salt and charcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
