S&F Roatatinal moulded polythen water storage tank 500 litres capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top ) hoisted and fixed in position including taking down all as specified on SSR part I all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per ser item No 1 above but 1000 Ltr tank.

All as per ser item No 1 above but 2000 Ltr tank.

S&F low density 32mm polyethylene pipes (LDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 fixed complete to wall all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed in repair in 20mm dia pipe (Minimum weight 2 0 m m - 2 1 0 g m s)all as specified and as directed .

All as per ser item No 5 above but 25 mm dia.

Cleaning and removing all scales and dirt etc from Exc 250 liters capacity & n. exc 500 litres tanks and from mouth of circulating pipes of tanks and cleaned with bleaching powder including removing old painting letters not less 10cm height and writing month and year with synthetic enamel paint on tank surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per ser item No 7 above but exc 500 ltrs n.exc 1000 ltrs

All as per ser item No 7 above but exc 1000 ltrs n.exc 2000 ltrs

Taking down steel water tubing and connection for 15mm bore pipe and removing from site or work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per ser item No 10 above but bore of pipe in 20 mm.

All as per ser item No 10 above but bore of pipe in 25 mm.

Refixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (walls, ceiling, flooring etc) of 15 mm Bore of pipe all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge .

All as per ser item No 13 above but bore of pipe in 20 mm.

All as per ser item No 13 above but bore of pipe in 25 mm.

S&F Galvanised Steel water tubing of 15 mm bore, medium grade conforming to IS - 1239 [Part - 1] including all fittings such as bends, tees, short pieces, connectors, elbows, reducers, union, sockets etc fixed to walls (concealed), ceiling or laid on floors including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per ser item No 16 above but bore of pipe in 20 mm.

All as per ser item No 16 above but bore of pipe in 25 mm.

Supply and fix in repair 15mm stop valves/angle cock but fancy type, chromium plated, cast copper alloy screwed pressure, with crutch of butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe for unions all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair 15 mm dia pillar taps long neck, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered `Hot' or `Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe and fixed but fancy type all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair 15 mm bib taps, cast copper ally with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed but fancy type, chromium plated all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 15 mm bore bib tap long body standard of PTMT any colour screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Min weght 15 mm-90 gms) complete all as specified and directedall as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs Chromium plated brass shower rose 125mm size and 15mm dia with swivel joints all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair plastic water closet seat, black, closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinges devices all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PVC(SWR) multi floor trap plain with grating lincluding jointing with solvent cement 75mm dia complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fix in repair PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 600mm all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 32 mm waste fitting, brass, chromium plated for glazed ware WHB with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, flange end bedded in red lead cement and other end fixed all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Tubular towel rail 20mm dia D type 60cm long between flanges brass chromium plated. all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair vitreous china squatting pan 'Orissa' pattern `long size 580x440 mm white, with integral foot rests incl with `P’ or `S’ trups front or back intel, including connecting flush pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to trap and drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern(Push type), low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets (10 Ltrs)all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Make: Parryware (Slimline)

S&F Chromium plated cast copper alloy health facuet for 15mm dia incl telephonic pipe & holder Complete (Make : Parryware T9940A1 Slimline with SS Hose & Hook) all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair vitreous China wash basin, angle back, size 550x400mm white, excluding taps, waste, chain and plug and porcelain stopper but including brackets, cutting for and finning in ends of brackets or erecting stand but exclusive of fixing of supply and waste pipe all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs vitreous China Urinal, Half stall type, white (excluding flushing cistern, flush pipe and waste pipe) basin only including connections to flushing pipe and outgoing pipes all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F PVC tank cover suitable for 500/1000/2000 Ltrs all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Urinal spreader of PTMT any colour for fixing with 15 mm dia pipe. (Minimum weight 60gms) complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new decorated surfaces and applying two coat of distemper over a coat of primer on walls all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Dismantling floor/wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises. all as specified and as directed

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1: 6 complete all as specified and dricted

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350x450x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as dricted.
