Jali opening: 3" × 3" ii. Jali shall be securely welded to the M.S. angle frame. 3. Identification Plate i. Name Plate (Tin): 6" × 12" ii. Name, year, department/authority details to be painted clearly. 4. Finish i. Surface preparation by cleaning, removing rust, oil, and scale. ii. Apply one coat of red oxide primer. iii. Apply two coats of Enamel Paint of approved shade and quality. 5. Fabrication All joints shall be properly welded and finished with a smooth surface. The work shall be complete in all respects, including cutting, welding, fabrication and all incidental works, as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.
