Schedule 'A' Part I - B/R portion

Dismantling/Taking out existing hessian base felt of any other existing water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab including removing dust, dirt and washing the roof and removing the dismantled debris to outside of INS Mandovi Area all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of surface with wire brush and remove loose particle & laitance, wash with clean water, damaged or hollow portion, sharp edges etc. must be cut and removed till the mother slab. Filling the cracks and damaged portion with polymer mortar and allow it to cure for 24 hrs. Brush apply the 1st Priming coat (Dr. Fixit primeseal or equivalent) on prepared concrete/plastered surface by diluting 2 parts of Primeseal with 1 (one) part of water and allow to dry for 04 (four) hours. Apply the first coat of waterproofing coating (Dr. Fixint Newcoat/ Waterseal Concentrate of M/s Krishna Conchem Products) without any dilution at the rate of 2 Sqm per liter over the primed surface. On the wet surface of 1st coat overlay a open-woven fibre glass mesh, min 40 GSM of size 2mm x 2mm and allow it to soak completely. Immediately apply the second coat with a roller, to ensure complete coverage of the fibre mesh. Apply the third coat after 6 to 8 hrs once the second coat is dry. Drying time between coats will be 6 to 8 hours all as directed and as per manufacturer’s instructions.

M&L for 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with 3% integral water proofing compound over roof top surface finished to even & smooth without using extra cement. Note :- Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately

Taking down cement plaster of stone /PCC block /brick wall / top of chajja, or concrete surface of any description including raking out joints hacking for key securing down with water etc and removal of debris to outside of INS Mandovi Area including filling of open joints in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick (10+5) rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface with WPC as per manufacturer instruction and finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Supply only WPC all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finish even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 5 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 finished even & smooth, without using extra cement on ceiling all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior paint (anti fungal paint-APEX or Equivalent) over a coat of acrylic emulsion primer including preparation of new concrete/plastered surface of any description and applying 1 mm wall care putty wherever required all as per manufactures instruction & including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for newly plastered surfaces preparatory to distempering, priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint, 1mm thick wall care putty & distempering walls with two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted all as specified and as directed.

M&L for clean existing reinforcement with wire/rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc, complete, applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer FEOVERT confirming to ASTM-B-117, on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls, with time interval of 6 hour between the coats and applying protective coating IPNET-RB complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes in structural members at the intervals of 500 center to center in staggered manner or as directed by Engineer-In-Charge in RCC structural element. Work shall be carried out as under :- (i) Cleaning of holes: Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles: Insert 12mm dia Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun.Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for minimum 12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles: Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

M&L for injecting of site cement slurry grout, in the ratio 1:2 (1- Cement, 2-water) including super plasticizer (Supercom-100) 250 ml/50 Kgs. Mixing shall be done by mechanical mixer continuously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of approved/specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 0.5 Kg/cm2 etc complete till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled (for repair to wall & slab) all as specified and as directed.

M&L for injecting low viscosity MONOPOL (3-5cps) high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, including, mixing of materials:mixing of material components(part a&b) in the required quantities as per manufacturer's instruction by weigh batching.Grouting maintain the pressureat exit(0.5 to 1.0 kg/cm2) by monitoring pressure guage at exit.Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements@ 100ml per nozzle. Repeat the process for all the nozzles (Beam and columns) all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and applying jacketing around columns with Micro concrete (Molith-MC) M40 including all lifts, shuttering, drilling holes and fixing shear anchor as per specified complete all as specified and as directed.
