S&F single point Air Termination Aluminium rod 12mm dia, 300 mm long complete with fixing arrangem,ent of termination rod with suitable accessores for lightening conductor all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15 mm on wall / roof /ground etc. as in for roof conductor and down conductor complete with saddles and fixing screws of GI for fixing of strips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for test point terminal box of size 200x100x100mm made out of 2mm thick hot dipped galvanised sheet drilled and screwed including 6 Nos , 15mm long hexagonal headed SS screws complete with test point terminal block made out of gun metal or phosporus Bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos ,8mm dia 25mm long GI hexagonal headed screws etc. complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F GI strip of size 32 x 6 mm complete with saddles and SS nut bolts or GI screws etc as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with M.S. galvanized earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below normal GL) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5M below normal GL, connected to Galvanized earth strip 32x6mm upto 7.5 mtr with protection pipe by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of GI or steel incl excavation, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber with RCC cover (1:2:4) type B0, 40 mm thick reinforced with 6 mm dia bar, 3 Nos. both way, 40mm dia light grade GI protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr , funnel with wire mesh,watering pipe of size 20 mm dia med. grade, lugs, main Earthing lead upto 7.5 mtr incl. Charcoal dust, salt etc. all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Pt-I 2009 specification. Note : Cost of 7.5 mtr GI strip and GI pipe for protection of strip are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L and installation of chemical earthing comprising of following as under:- (i) Pipe earthing rod, piped in pipe design, outer pipe in GI and having minimum dia of 76mm, 3mtr long. Inner pipe having 32mm minimum , both ends of the pipe should be weled properly to make it airtight. GI terminal of size 100x50x6mm with two nos of M8 holes for termination, area between two pip should be filled with dry type chemical powder with high pressure to ensure no air pocket, chemical should be of high conductivity. Electrod must be tested for sort cercuit test of minimum 40KA at CPRI/NABL approved Lab. (ii) BEC compound is carbide based very high electrical conductive and high moisture retaining capecity. BEC should be hydroscopic in nature, non magnatic and non corrosive in nature and should be ROHS comliant. (iii) Installation of earthing should be done in vertcally drilled holes with the help of pnemetic boring machnine to a depth of 3.5mtr. A BEC 50 Kg in Qty should be provided all around the earth electrod in slurry form in properly mixed condition to achive test results of less than 1.0 Ohm. (iv) Earth pit cover of square shape of size 300x300x240mm of reinforced FRP and capecble to cayy the weight of 5 Tonne. (v) Rest all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Bridge Insulator of material DMC to hold strip of size 25x3.15mm / 32x6mm complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2;4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in blocks of size 10x10x10cm, casted on roof directly to hold the insulator and alumnium strip complete including necessary formwork all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F GI pipe Medium grade of size 50 mm bore for fixing of air termination rod necessary welding arrangement, for fixing GI pipe over plate girder or channels section etc. complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2;4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation and filling in roof kerbs/ mud stops, rounded /chamferred on edges complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.
