Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick, block, RCC or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.and removal of material beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thick above or below ground level and removal of material beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (40 mm graded agg) as in foundation, filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick masonry with sub class 'A' burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6. complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 6 above but except burnt cly brick complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in coping, cills, plinth courses, string courses, bed plates, Kerbs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal of material beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of mild steel frame work like grill, security grills on top of walls etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only existing old mild steel frame work like grill, security grill on top of walls etc.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick masonry surfaces or surface other than fair faces of brick work finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor can use only Badarpur Sand.

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 marble stone chipping 10mm nominal size of colour approved by GE) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings .complete all as specified (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately

M&L for Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using aluminium battens, nailed to the under layer without removed,left out with joints of aluminium battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

M&L for two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer incl preparation of wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) pipes in any length, 110mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel and iron work of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel and iron work of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic anamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches nexc 1.5 wide & nexc 1.5 m depth for fdn etc and setting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soil, including spreading, leveling watering & well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Credit: for demolished/dismantled material of (-) Rs 18000.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part II (Credit Schedule) Note: Tenderer's shall not quote against this item. The amount of Credit Schedule is tentative, however the same shall be considered to arrive at the contract sum.
