S&F factory made extruded aluminium ventilators with 50 micron thick powder coating of frame of 63.5 X 38.10 X 1.29 mm including 5mm thick frosted glass in lower 55% portion of shutters and stainless steel wire gauge 0.36mm dia and 1.40mm aperture in upper 45% portion of shutter and to be fixed with and including EPDM gasket to render the glazing, air and water tight etc. & aluminium beeds 20mm size, completeall as specified & directed.

S&F factory made aluminium powder coated grill (minimum 50 micron thick power coating), opening size 101.6 X 63.5 mm, weight not less than 1.345 Kg/Sqm complete fixed in position in windows including necessary powder coated aluminum channel, all as specified and directed

M&L for treatment of foyer roof with reinforced elastomeric liquid waterproofing membrane of 400-micron thickness in four layer(100micron each layer) having SRI of 130, tested as per ASTM E 1980 (with Solar Reflectance and Thermal emittance tested as per ASTM C 1549 and ASTM C 1371, respectively). The coating should have water absorption less than 1% as per IS: 101 (P-7/Sec-1) 1989, with the ability to resist heat upto 120 00 as per IS: 101 (P-7/Sec-3) 1990 having VOC less than f g/ltr as per ASTM D 3960 and should have excellent resistance to transmission of ponded water up to 2.5 bars of pressure for 7days and will have the following characteristics :-

(i) It should be resistant to Ammonia solution, Sodium nitrate, Sodium hydroxide, along WIth water and soap solution as per IS: 101 (P-7/Sec-2)1990. (ii) The waterproofing membrane will be laminated with 25 - 40-micron thick transparent Nano modified composite crosslinking polymeric coating with a minimum of 40% solid content as per IS: 101 (P -8/Sec6)1993 and also should pass Impact test as per IS: 101 (P-5/Sec-3) 1988 along with having dust and water repellent & anti-graffiti property passing Scratch hardness test of 500g as per IS: 101 (P-5/Sec-2) 1988. (iii) It should also pass Cross Cut Adhesion test as per IS: 101 (P-5/Sec-2) 1988. (iv) The Polymeric coating should have a self-cleaning and easy-to-clean property with excellent weather stability and DPR (Dirt pickup ratio).

NOTE - (i) Surface preparation includes pressure wash cleaning to remove all dust, fungus, etc will be carried out before applying the membrance (ii) Work shall be be carried out by the authorised vender of manufacturer. (iii) The manufacturer and contractor shall give a guarantee for the peformance & durability for 7-years.

M&L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of fooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying three coats of brush bond acrylic based cementitious material (Pidifin 2K of make - Dr. Fixit, or Brushbond RFX of make - Fosroc India (P) Ltd. or equivalentin STP) for sunken portion treatment and chajja poryion all as per manufacturer instruction and providing 150micron thick polythene film over bitumen primer @ 0.5 kg /Sqm, all as specified and directed.

S&F false ceiling of 12.5 mm th gypsum board over and including concealed grid system complete fixed in all respect and all as per manufacturer's instructions in one/two/three levels and making recess for light fittings as per pattern/design approved by GE and including supply and fixing of items all as specified as below:-

(i) Suspended Plain Ceiling includes Perimeter Channel (Material-GI(IS513), YS 260Mpa, Finish-Galvanished 150GSM(IS27) fixed along with perimeter of existing wall/partition with the help of HILTIHPS-1 (6x40) impact anchor, at 600mm centres. (ii) Ceiling Angle (Material-GI(IS513), YS-260Mpa, Finish-Galvanished 150GSM(IS277) is suspened by fixing it to the Gyproc_ soffit cleat (GI (IS513) YS-260Mpa, Finish-Galvanished 150GSM(IS277), Soft Cleat and Gyproc-- Rawl Plug-08x45mm (Material-IS 513 CR2 grade, Zinc coating (7 to 8 microns) pull out load-6.8kN for M30 concrete grade) creating 1220mm x 1220mm grid. (iii) Intermediate channel (Material-GI(IS513), YS-260Mpa, Finish-Galvanished 150GSM(IS277) is fixed to the Ceiling Angle with M6 x 12mm Hex Bolt & Hex Nut arrangement (Material-As per EN 10083 Finish- Zinc Plating) or with 2 Nos of 04.2x13 Gyproc metal to metal screw (Material-Carbon steel EN-ISO 7049/50 Finish. Zinc Coating Thickness- 4.14micron.)

(iv) Ceiling Section (Material -GI(IS513),YS-260Mpa, Finish-Galvanished 150GSM (IS277) is then fixed to the Intermediate Channel (Material-GI (IS513), YS-260Mpa, Finish-Galvanished 150 GSM (IS277) with the help of Gyproc Connecting Clip (Material-High carbon spring steel wire (BS 970Gr.En42)-46-48 HRC, Finish-Zinc plating 4-6 micron) and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 457 mm c/c. (v) Single layer of 12.5mm tapered edge plain (conforming to IS 2095-Part 1:2011, ISI Certified board) is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm drywall screws (Material-Carbon steel EN-ISO 7049/50, Finish-Case hardened Grey Phosphating) at 230mm centres on ceiling section & 150mm at periphery of ceiling. vi) Finally square and tapered edges of the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with Pro-Fill Jointing compound (COnforms to ASTM C475), Gyproc Joint Paper tape.

Repair & painting to existing Steel Hangar Door of size 50 Mtr x 18 Mtr with following steps:- (a) Cleaning of grass and dust sides of door track and welded if necessary any where. (b) Jacketing and strengthing of door by machnical mean to aoid any ancident if necessary. (c) Greasing and oiling as required and track, nut bolt and roller and make good for serviceable complete all as specified and as directed. (d) Applying two coats of synathetic eanmel paint including preparation of existing painted surfaces. Note : (i) All machinery and equipment required for reapair are included in quoated rate. (ii) Any gap below railing after strenghtning of door shall be filled with PCC 1;2:4 type B1.

Supply and fix Bird proofing mesh made of Anti bird net UV black in colour, made of material Polyolefin all weather proof co-polymer of machine knotting using CNC machines with DSLS technology for anti slip knotting, heat setting should be steam set for greater dimensional stability and knot firmness, and diameter of the twine is 1mm and the size of mesh 25x25mm (+-2mm) of square mesh and should achieve twine breaking stench of 16kgf min, MBS (Mesh breaking strength) 12 Kgf and KBS (Knot breaking strength) 22 Kgf min fixed complete all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Polypropylene plastic bird Spike of 305 mm length, Height 95 mm, width 120 mm, install and be fixed to the top or edge of fence or climb mesh with cable ties, adhesive, nails, or screws, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as directed

M&L for cement plastering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement plastering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing, finished even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of textured exterior paint of required shade @ 3.28 ltr/10 Sqm over a priming coat of exterior primer @ 2.20kg/10 sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of interior emulsion paint to wall surfaces using roller technique @ 10 Sqm/litre over a coat of interior wall primer @ 10 Sqm/litre, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, all as specified and as directed. Make : Nippon/Berger/Nerolac
