Clearing heavy jungle on the both flanks of the Dam, inbetween Krishna Nair diversion weir to interconnecting channel near Glenmorgan old forebay and disposed away from site including cost of all materials, labour ,lead lift , etc complete.

Cutting and removal of vegetative debris on the approach to earthen bund and left flank approach to dam and disposed away from the site as per the directed by the Engineer in charge of the works as per technical specification including cost of labour, hire charges etc,. complete.

Earth work Excavation including removal and satisfactory disposal of all materials necessary for the construction of roadway and side drains of approach road to Dam, IB old forebay toilet leveling and around of glenmorgan camp area in accordance with the specifications and the lines, grades for spreading and making up the berms using side pit earth as per SS20B as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam 250mm thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver sin Sub Base / Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material, labour charges,rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and applying of Tack coat using Bituminous Emulsion at the rate of 3Kg per 10Sqm over the BT surface for approach road to Dam glenmorgan camp area including clearing of road surface and spraying as per Clause 503 of MORTH and directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick bituminous macadam for approach road to Dam, surge shaft, winch point, IB, in and around of glenmorgan camp area using 0.20cum fo 26.50- 13.20mm, 0.43cum of13.20-2.36mm and 0.08cum of 2.36mm & below size IRC metal with 37 Kgs of VG30 / VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min required temperature in central hot mix plant20-30ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50 mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by8- 10 tonne Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc.,including labour forattending to paver to site etc.,including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher / 9m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all including fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 504 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30 mm thick for approach road to Dam, surge shaft, winch point, IB, in and around of glenmorgan camp area using 0.13 cum of 19.00- 9.50mm, 0.17cum of 9.50- 2.36 mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30 kgs of VG30 / VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min required temperature in central hot mix plant20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 4 0mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by8-10 tonne Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler ,tipper trucks, Paver Finisher / 9 m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumaticroller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidenta lcharges etc.,complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

Filling the red gravel for road side protection wall for approach road to Dam, surge shaft, winch point, IB, in and around of glenmorgan camp area including cost of material, transportation, consoliation, lead, lift, labour etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by engineer incharge of work.

Cleaning of chocked culverts across the existing approach road to Dam main road to old and new gate shaft at different chainage including upstream side, barral portion, down stream side cleaning, disposal of debris away from site, all lead, lift etc complete complying with standard specifications

Supplying and laying of 900 mm dia RCC hume pipe for approach road pipe culvert including cost of all materials, labour, lead lift, etc., complete.

Providing temporary diversion bund using sand bag including cost of empty poly bags, charges for filling with sand, stitching, laying and formation of bund in U/S side of Krishna Nair diversion weir (Pykara Diversion Weir) and interconnecting channel/ bund including clay packing in the middle, cost of all materials lead, lift etc., complete.

Supplying, fabrication and erection of 10mm thick chequrred plate with suitable stiffners, bracing, in position with horizontal, vertical supports for strengthing the existing Krishna Nair diversion weir walk way/platform and Hand rails with vertical support for steps on the Down stream side of the Right flank of Dam, Trash rack for inter connecting channel, including cost of all materials lead, lift, transport, two coat painting over primer etc., complete.

Supplying of providing of UPVC BALL valve for water supply line including cost of all material s, errection, testing, lead ,lift, labour for cutting and fixing etc., complete and as directed by the engineer at site.

The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Louvered Ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x 78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter.The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations pin headed glass 4mm thick should be provided in the louvers.
