Taking down and dismantling existing street light/Garden light /Gate light/ Flood Light/ Solar light fitting any type any wattage for repair or replacement of burnt/ worn out accessories and refixed in position after repair from 9 mtr pole/ wall/ Tower complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Accessories only wherever required shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only. (ii) Labour charges for taking down and repairs / refixing after repair and minor spares like nuts, bolts , insulation materials & cleaning of area upto one mtr around the street light pole shall be deemed to be included in the rate .

Supply and fixing LED Street light fitting 70/72 watt 230 V, AC, outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant includng thermal management in multiple optic complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED Street light fitting 30/35 watt 230 V, AC, outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant includng thermal management in multiple optic complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED Flood light fitting 70 watt 230 V, AC, outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP 66 protection, with impect and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing post top lantern LED type 20 watt 230 volt AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP 65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix bollard type light fitting make -Bajaj Cat Part No- BGBOM 605 9W LED W or equivalent in Havells /CG/Philips/Wipro complete with all accessories and making suitable foundations as specified by Engr-in-charge including replcement of u/s fitting.

Supply and fix LED Flood light 120 watt IP 65 enerry saving, die-cast aluminium flood ligh with high power LEDs as light source, suitable for highlighting architectual features all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Make: Bajaj cat part no. BJFL120 W LED or equivalent in Havells/ Phillips/bajaj/CG complete with all accessories and making suitable foundations as specified by engr-in-charge incl replcement of u/s fitting. .

BJFL 250 W LED or equivalent in Havells/ Phillips/bajaj/CG complete with all accessories and making suitable foundations as specified by engr-in-charge incl replcement of u/s fitting. .

S & F MCCB type DU250D 4 pole having thermal magnetic release range 63 to 125 A and breaking capacity Icu, 25 KA at 415 V, 50 Hz, AC as per cat part No CM90634OOMO of make M/s L&T or equivalent in Havells/HPL/Legrand /ABB / L&T make specified all as specified and directed.

S&F Digital type Time switch for auto programmable on/off lights and other electric devices according to the fixed preset times design with Front display and DIN rail mounting, power reserve for atleast 1500 hrs, operating voltage - 240 V AC, 50 Hz, working temp. upto 55 degree celcius complete with all accessories. Make - L&T , CAT No. - 67DDTO or equivalent in M/s Legrand/ ABB/Havells/Hagger.

S & F power contactor 3 pole, type ML-3, with 2 NO + 2 NC aux contacts with standard coil voltage 415 volts, Rating 40 Amp as per M/s L & T or eqivalent in M/s Siemens/ Schneider/ABB including testing connecting commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type B-1, 1:2:4 using (20 mm gradded stone aggregate) as in coping, including form work complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fixing,Laying, jointing, connecting & testing XLPE/PVC insulated PVC sheathed cable heavy duty 1100 volts grade, aluminum conductor in trenches / ducts of following sizes incl taking out cable all as specified and directed. (a) 2 core 6 Sqmm

(b) 4 core 10 Sqmm

(c) 4 core 16 Sqmm

(d) 3.5 core 25 Sqmm

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the Starting point all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for dry sand in trenches cushioning to under ground cable spreading, levelling hand punning complete all as specified and directed. Note- Punned down thickness will be measured for payment purpose.

Supply and lay burnt bricks sub class `B’ size laid dry over sand cushioning in trenches as protection on the cable all as directed.

M&L GI pipe light grade with all fittings complete laid in trenches all as specified for 40 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified.

M & L for Preparing old surfaces of street light poles 8.5/9 mtr long and painting (exposed surfaces) with one coat of aluminium paint, including numbering and pasting reflector tape 3 differnt colour for around the pole with applying one coats of white wash painting on coping of pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix in repair bracket for street light fittings made out of 40 mm bore medium grade GI tubing 1.5 m long bent to shape and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer repair all as specified and directed.

Supply and connect twin core PVC insulated multistranded 1100 volt grade copper conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm single runs connection with fitting on wall/pole for street light/garden lihgt/gate light etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F FRP Moulded cable looping box of size 250 mm x200 mmx115 mm complete with electrolytic aluminum bus bar suitable size capacity for 3 phase and neutral fixed on ebonite insulator and one MCB 6-16 A complete all as specified and directed. make : SINTEX / MEW/ NATIONAL

Supply and fix LED drivers suitable for 25 to 45 watt street light light fitting complete with all accessories as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge including replcement of u/s fitting..Make Bajaj or equivalent in C&S/PHILIPS/Wippro

Supply and fixing in replacement surge protction device for LED street light of cap rate dcurrent 10KV, Imx - 10KA, Imin-5KA make Bajaj/Havell/C&G/Wippro/Surya as required at site all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cm x 60 cm x 6 mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to and including GI strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts and check nuts and washers etc made of GI & connected to Earthing test point and earth dolly all as shown in elect plate No 5 of SSR Pt-I incl all necessary earth work, excavation, PCC chamber, chamber cover with handle (PCC 1:2:4) including 15 mm dia protection pipe & 20 mm dia watering pipe and wire mesh funnel etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Notes for Srl Item No. 1.00 to 27.00:-. GUARANTEE FOR LED LUMINARIES and others connected items : All LED luminaries and other items incorporated in the subject work shall be guarantee for a minimum period of 02 (Two) years from the date of issue of completion certificate. Any part / work found defective during these periods shall be replaced or rectified by the contractor at his own cost. Contractor shall also submit Manufacturer’s test certificate, Purchase Vouchers and Guarantee certificate of LED light fittings and other items mentioned.
