Cutting of grass and bushes upto ground level by sickle knife / grass cutting machine and scrapping with spades including removal of rubbish to a distance exceeding 1000 m outside the MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (a) Grass cutting to be carried around the airfield operational area all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (b) Each cutting shall be measured separately. (c ) Rate quoted for the item is for each cutting. (d) For each cutting minimum one tractor with jungle Jim and Four hand cutting machine are to be incorporated to complete the work with in time frame. (e) All works to be executed inside technical area. The site for the work will be available in piece meal and also may be in non flying days. No claim for non availability of site on every working day will be entertained. The rates quoted shall be deemed to be considering these aspects.

Note: (a) Grass cutting to be carried around the airfield operational area all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (b) Each cutting shall be measured separately. Surface dressing not exceeding 15cm deep in hard/dense soil and levelling the uneven surface of natural ground by trimming to an even surface by removing vegetation and scrapping high patches and filling in low patches with soil to have a neat look complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Plain cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and in paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Machine cut pre polished kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base 15mm thick in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour sand filling under floors or in foundation incl watering and consolidation etc complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour ploughing the old sand filling in soft ground arrester (SGA) to a depth of 300mm, including clearing of vegetation and refilling spill out sand to the SGA surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs DTGM board made of 2 mm thick PVC sheet, one side black colour and other side plain white fixed in position by second class hardwood scantling complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs DTGM board made of 2 mm thick PVC sheet, one side black colour and other side plain white side and numbered in red colour with reflective stickers and fixed in position by second class hardwood scantling necessary supports complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs sign board made of 2 mm thick acrylic sheet, coloured with reflective stickers and fixed in position with screws on existing supports complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in repairs razor blade galvanised barbed Concertina coil of 1050 mm diameter made out of 2.59 mm thick galvanised wire having weight of each coil @ 15.2 kg ± 5% of coil, stretched to a length of 10 to 12 m to achieve 950 mm dia as in fencing to steel posts and to another coil/MS ribs including fixing with special galvanised fasteners such as J clips, C clips, U clips all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour in repairs Reinforced punched barb tape, with short barbed profile made out of GI reinforced core steel wire 2.5 mm dia and 0.5 mm cold clenched strip barbs around the core wire including 12 gauge spring steel GI wire having minimum tensile strength of 1650 kg/sqmm including fixing to concertina coil/steel posts/frames complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron, or mild steel or cast iron work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel angle iron fencing posts, struts and flat iron for fixing fencing and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E- 165 including cutting tops to shape as directed, bent to shape, drilling holes, notching, hooking for wire etc. complete all directed.

Material and labour for preparation new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of 1st grade quality over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation old or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Repairing the existing cracks of width not exceeding 4mm in flexible pavement/Taxi track by making V groove of required size with a cutter/router, cleaning thoroughly with coir brushes followd by an air blower (Air compressor to be used) and filling the cracks with sealing compound Grade B conforming to IS -1834-1984 complete all as specified and directed.

Repairing cracks on concrete/asphalt surfaces of runway/pavements and edges/joints using Hincol roadseal joint sealant as per IS-7124 of 2019 including preparation of surface and priming with Hincol bitumen primer all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for applying evenly a tack coat of PMB 40 @ 12 Kg/ Ten sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Checking and attending the complaints of sewage line / manhole/septic tank blockage / leakage by cleaning of drains of dia not exceeding 150 mm including blocked manholes / Nahani traps/gully traps/was by rodding from manholes and well flushing after cleaning and removal of blocked/decomposed sludge/dirt and other material not exc 50 m and burning the same including removing and re fixing manhole covers without damaging complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Attending 5 complaints shall be measured as a job. .

Cleaning of septic tank (By mechanical means) bailing out fluid, decomposed materials sludge etc, scrapping and washing the wall with fresh water and disposal of decomposed materials, sludge etc out side MD land complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge for the following septic tanks :-

(a) 100 users septic tank

(b) 50 user septic tank

(c) 25 User septic tank

(d) 10 Users septic tank

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide, and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc and getting out in hard / dense soil all as specified

Returning filling in trenches including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cms in soil as specified and directed Engr-in-Charge

Removing excavated material/soil to a distance not exc 250 mtr but n exc 500 m away and deposing where as directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Demolition and breaking up SWG drain pipe of 150mm dia set in cement concrete as in trenches as directed by Engr-in-charge Note: Excavation and RFR will measured and paid separately.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and pre cast concrete articles all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:4) all as specified.

Material and labour rendering 15mm thick plastering on fair faces of concrete surface in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement even and fair surface complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Supply only Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Demolition of Plain cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in manhole/ gully trap cover slab set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form work all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement will be measured and paid seperately.

Material and labour for TMT bars 10mm and over cut to length, bend to shape required incl cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed
