CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR PLANNING DESIGNING WITH GRIHA 3 STAR RATING IN 02 NOS OF G5 AND G4 BLOCK CONFIGURATION FOR MD ACCN AND PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION OF ARCHITECTURAL AND STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS ESTIMATE WITH COMPLETE DETAILED MARKET RATE ANALYSIS

Amount

Design (Green Building GRIHA III) and preparation of architectural drawing, structural drawings, design of services and bill of quantities consist of following :- (i) One building consisting of 20 Nos Type V quarters (G+5) configuration, 04 quarters on each floor with servant Qtr and stilt parking and fire escape. (ii) One building consisting of 08 Nos type IV quarters (G+4) configuration 02 Quarters on each floor with servant qtr and stilt parking and fire escape. (iii) Internal water supply, internal electrification, plumbing including preparation of detailed estimates, market rate analysis, yardstick details, preparation of tender documents etc. The scope involves design of two high rise building consisting (a) Building plinth area of composit block 20 Nos Type V quarters (G+5) configuration =4883.14 Sqm (b) Building plinth area of composit block 08 Nos Type IV quarters (G+4) configuration=1491.27 Sqm. Total plinth area =6374.41 Sqm (c) RCC Terrace water tank ten thousand ltrs capacity for service tank and fire fighting -02 Nos. (d)Proposed Layout of access road and landscaping near the buildings

The detailed scope of work shall involve: (i) ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN AND DRAWINGS (a) Preparation of conceptual architectural drawings, three proposals with latest architectural views in 3D (on latest AUTODESK software) with relevant details like plans, elevations, section, layout plan, etc. based on data and local architectural norms. The conceptual drawings shall be submitted in duplicate hard copies for approval of the Users and the Director (Arch) of HQ CE(CG) Visakhapatnam (b) After approval of conceptual drawings, the preparation of Architectural drawings including schedule of finishes, internal water supply and internal electric supply drawings incorporating required changes / modifications, and submit the same in four copies. The working drawings shall be on A1 or A0 size as required on standard scale and working details on standard scale as per requirements. The final drawings shall be got approved from the Director (Arch) of HQ CE(CG) Visakhapatnam (c) After approval of architectural and structural drawings of the project, submission of final drawings in hard copy (tracing sheets) to be submitted to this office duly signed by an Authorised Architect of the Consultant with CA registered number (d) Submission of 1 mins walk through model with Power point Presentation (e) Submission of building 3D external view perspective colour with appropriate landscaping as per layout plan with the specifications given in particular specification.

(ii) STRUCTURAL DESIGN AND DRAWINGS (a) Analysis and design of the structure as per latest IS codes in design software (b) Preparation of structural drawings including all details in AUTOCAD including original prints in tracing papers A1 size and submission of 5 sets of ammonia prints /white prints and one set of drawings in soft copy, copied in CD (all drawings shall be drawn to a suitable scale and shall not be printed in 'fit to scale' mode. Scale shall be clearly mentioned in the drawings. The preferred scales are as follows: (i) Main Plan 1:100/150 (ii) Details of component 1 : 25 (iii) Minor details / cross-sections of columns and beams, etc. 1: 10 (iv) Vetting of design and drawings from reputed IIT/NIT scanned in PDF format (v) Submission of design folder (one set each of soft copy and hard copy), details of calculations, one hard copy of architectural and structural drawings, softcopy of all architectural drawings and structural drawings in AUTOCAD as well as soft copies of signed and certified drawings & bar bending schedule

Notes: (a) Design shall be carried out by qualified structural engineers (b) All provisions in the IS codes shall be strictly adhered and followed (c) The drawings shall be got approved from Director (Design) of HQ CE(CG) Visakhapatnam before taking final prints (d) The consultant shall be liable to attend the discussions and tender presentation after submission of drawings and issue required amendments drawings / corrections as directed by the Department without any extra cost. The rates quoted herein shall include the cost of any such drawings or rendering (e) The Consultant shall also visit the proposed site before carrying out design if required by him without any extra cost to the Department (f) The consultant shall also make changes as recommended by CFEES

(iii) E/M SERVICES (a) Internal electric supply and occupancy sensors for control of internal lighting and AC circuits (b) Telephone, TV cable

(iv) B/R SERVICES (i) Internal water supply (ii) Plumbing

(v) PREPARATION OF DETAILED ESTIMATES Preparation of detailed estimate and item wise yard stick including taking off quantities and abstract as per MES SSR 2020, market rates analysis including preparation of tender and submission of details to theHQ CE(CG) Visakhapatnam as per approved drawings through the GE including market rate analysis of all (SSR & NON SSR) provisional items (with supporting current price list and quotation) for the above specified work including E/M & B/R services and uploading of tender documents online as directed

(vi) GREEN BUILDING The building needs to be designed as a 'Green Building' to achieve minimum 3 star GRIHA rating. The Consultant will also hire a green building consultant who is GRIHA certified and who will be resposible for criteria laid as per Appendix-'G' hereinafter in these tender documents

(vii) MISC (a) List of T&P required to execute the project for which consultancy given with justification (b) Number of Engineers with their qualification required to execute the work with justification thereof (c) Minimum completion period of completion of subject work supported with CPM chart Note: 1. No claim on account of increase/decrease of number of floors or cost of project shall be admissible 2. All details / drawings shall be submitted on latest AUTOCAD software)
