Railway reserves the right to procure the Tendered item from the manufacturer or their authorized dealers/agents.The authorized dealer/Agent should submit Tender Specific Authorization from the OEM/Manufacturer along with the bid.
The bidder should submit the satisfactory past performance credentials of supplying same/Similar item (Similar means goods/items of relevant category) to any zonal railways /production units etc within last 05 (five) Financial Year and current Financial Year up to the date of tender opening. Only such offers shall be eligible for placement of order. The bidder should submit documentary proof i.e R-Note, Inspection certificate along with Supplied PO, CRN/ CRAC of GeM Contract etc in support of their claim of credentials /past performance along with offer. If the bidder submits only the PO copies, then railway reserves the right to verify the performance against such PO from the IMMS database. Only if satisfactory performance is found against such completed PO then only the performance shall be considered as eligible.
