M & L for soling (150mm or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber

Material and labour for Quarry dust in filling, spreading watering & consolidation etc.

M & L for 300mm consolidated thick Granular sub base (GSB) using Kankar or laterite, spread (not exceeding 100mm thick), rolled (for each layer of 100mm thick) using power roller and consolidated to gradient and camber required at site

Material and labour for sand filling in foundation including watering and consolidation.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting using power roller exc 8ton but not exceeding 12T capacity

Suuply and laying of P.C.C 1:4:8, D2 type using 40mm graded aggregated incl all bye works etc

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 20mm graded aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete.

M & L for R.C.C A1 Type, 1: 1.5: 3 mix, 20mm graded aggregate in foundations, including rafts, footings, column, beam, plinth beams, roof slab etc.,

M & L for moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering

M & L for applying epoxy bonding agent for applying in old damaged concrete to facilitate bonding with fresh concrete.The bonding agents should be brush applied on the prepared surfaces and pouring of concrete shoud be done when Brands viz.(FOSROC,DR.Fix It and M/S.STP) or Suitably equivalent make. The make should be approved by GE/EIC.

Material and Labour for providing and laying RMC of design mix cement concrete of M-60 Grade (with steel fibres) with vaccum dewatering system(measured seperately in Sqm) in road/pavements/carriageways, using cement content as per desigh mix with minimum 450 Kg per Cum, using coarse sand and graded stone aggreagte of 25mm nominal size and other admixtures, plasticizers and fly ash/GGBS in approriate proportions as per approved & speciffied design mix criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/tie bars wherever required, laying at site spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators , levelling to required slope/camber finishing with required texture and floating opearations including high tensile steel wire fibres of diameter not exceeding 0.456mm and length exceeding 50mm blended with ready mix concrete at plant at the rate of 7kg/cum and metallic hardener at the rate of 1 kg per 50 kgs of cement and making provision for contraction /expansion , construction & longitudinal joints(10mm widex50mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge(Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleever/tie bars to be paid seperately)

Material and Labour for providing Vaccum dewatering method to remove excess water from the laid concrete and filler pad and suction mat shall be laid on the freshly laid concrete which will not allow cement paster to flow out, and the suction pump are then started immediately to remove the excess water. The suction time normally is 20 to 30 minutes or as specified and as required and making the surface hard enough to enable to carry the floating operations after the dewatering the concrete surfaces shall be spreyed with matallic floor hardner of approved make and the top surfaces shall be trowelled curing a high capacity electrically driven machanised trowel and froreling shall be done fill the achicment of the smooth levelled surfaces and as per the direction of the EIC.(The metalic floor hardner will be paid as a seperate item)

Material and Labour for Metallic floor Hardner concrete @ 4 kg/m2 spread over the concrete after the dewatering procedure and before the start of the mechanised trowelling.

Supply and fixing of mild steel reinforcement TMT bars 10mm dia and over including bending, cranking, hooking and tieing with mild steel wire not less than 0.90mm dia.

Supply and fixing of mild steel reinforcement TMT bars 8mm dia to 6 mm dia including bending, cranking, hooking and tieing with mild steel wire not less than 0.90mm dia.

Supply and Fixing of structural steel of Fe 410-w (Gde-E- 250) Quality-A for Framed work in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates,rails, braces, stanchions built up of one beam etc complete drilling for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc,to be prepared for handing or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings including steel sheeting and hanging also fastening and locking arrangements etc and fixing complete all as directed by EIC.

S & F of Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corugatted steel sheet 0.50mm (TCT) thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self drilling / self tapping anti corrisive screws with EPDM seal complete all as per manfacturers specifications and instructions and as approved and as directed, by considering the dimensions & consideing the dimension & height including all necessary scaffolding and safety aspects complete.

M & L for form work to side and soffit of RCC Member such as foundation , plinth beam etc., , and the finishing shall be of fair and smooth finished surface.

Supply of JCB machine for surface excavation, removing debris, site clearance, earth work excavation etc as and when required.

Removal of excavated rocks exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed.

Returning / refilling of soil / loose including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm.
