Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in all kinds of soil including moorum, stoney earth and earth mixed with boulders except sheet rock and boulders requred depth and deposting the excavted materials away from the work site with all leads and lifts including shoring shuttering & dewatering (if required ) with cost of labour hire & running charges of water pumps sundries & T & P required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing anti termite treatment to bottom and sides of column, pits, walls,trenches foundation and plinth filling below floor sides corners and juction of walls ans floors, jambs and seals of door and windows using chemicals as per approved specifications and instruction of EIC including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials, labour etc. complete (as per IS specification) (plinth area Ground Floor shall be considered for payments).as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Filling foundation trenches and plinth with excavated earth including watering ramming and compacting in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including labour sundries T&P etc complete and as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation trenches and plinth, ditches with sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23cm in depth with all lead and lift including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalities and taxes of all materials cost of all labor sundries T&P required of the work etc complete in all respect as directed by the engineer in charge ( measurement will be taken on finished compacted section only.)

Cement concrete (1:3:6) with 4cm size crusher broken granite metal per one cum. including cost of materials, transportation, and placing as per direction of EIC.

Cement concrete (1:2:4)with 12mm size Crusher broken granite chips per 1cum including cost of materials, transportation, and placing as per direction of EIC.

Providing lifting, hosting and laying reinforced cement concrete M-20 Grade in column base, column footings and raft foundation as per approved designs and drawings having a minimum compressive strenth (in work test ) 200 kg/ sq. cm in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with IS 456 and IS 516 using 12 mm to 20 mm size black hard crusher broken granite stone hips and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry washed and cleaned (20 mm size chips not to exceed 25%) to be mixed in concrete mixture with cement including hoisting lowering, laying and compacting concrete by using vibrators, watering and curring for 28 days. centering and shuttering then after dismantaling and removing debrises from the work site and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalities and taxes of all materials, labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost and conveyance of M.S rods of tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for straightening, cutting, beding etc of MS rods or steel lying the grills and placing in proper position as directed by the Engineer in charge.
