Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1,5 mtrs in depth for laying of cables including getting out in any kind of soil complete all as specified and directed. (cable shall be laid 60 cm below ground level )

All as per item No.1 above but exc 1.5 mtr or part there of in depth beyond 1.5 mtr depth.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling ,and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer of any kind of soil.

Removing surplus excavated material from site not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Sand cushioning for cables 8 cm below the cable and 15 cm above the cable all as specified and directed .

M&L for old size brick well burnt, laid flat ,for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of GI tubing light grade 40 mm bore for passing through cables under the floor ,along the wall or along the pole complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying in trenches or fixing to wall/pole or passing through pipe PVC insulated heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 50 Sqmm 3.5 core. (Note : Incl making good all distributed wall surfaces/ flooring/tilling to match with existing specification)

M&L for replacement of GI tubing light grade 15 mm bore for passing through cables under the floor ,along the wall or along the pole complete all as specified and directed

M&L earthing with steel earth plate electrode of size 60x60cmx 6mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip of size 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of steel after welding of GI strip to earth electrode to the full length of earth plate, GI medium grade pipe 40 mm bore protection pipe upto test point, 20mm dia GI light grade watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, RCC pit cover of size 300x300x40mm reinforced with XPM having weight not less than 4Kg/sqmm including 6mm thick MS bar handle made to shape, PCC pit with 1:3:6 type C1 with angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate, excavation , earth work in any type of soil, removal of excavated soil and returning filling in all as required at site complete all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. NOTE :-Rates inclusive of necessary excavation in any type of soil, earth work, PCC pit, RCC cover, funnel with watering pipe, GI earth strip upto 7.5 m long for connecting to test point etc. all as required at site for complete earthing).

Supply, laying and testing of LT UG cable, XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of following sizes complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work ( Excavation, Returning & refilling and removal), sand cushining , cable protection cover, GI protection pipe shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective item of Sch 'A'.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete for the poles all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete for the poles all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for coping of poles including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing street light fittings from any height and Supply & Supply & fixing LED street light fittings comprising of epoxy powder coated housing, enclosed with glass cover in frame,with lumen output not less than 9000 lumens suitable wattage for efficiency not less than 100 lumens/Watt,min wattage 90 watt, with ingress protection IP 65 and SPD of capacity 10 KV etc complete and testing on completion all as specified and as directed.

Note: The panel shall be as per CPRI certificate. Note : PCC will be measured and paid separately.
