Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep in loose/soft soil and getting out for underground cable/erection of poles, stays , trench etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no 1 above but exceeding 1.5 mtr deep but not exc 3.0mtr deep complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for sand cushioning for cable with river washed sand and punning to provide required cover as per SSR part I complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying bricks common burnt clay sub class 'B' old size for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick layers complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material n.exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above from starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for new earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 60cm x60cmx 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanise iron or steel up to DB including earth work , PCC work, CI cover, funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh etc all as shown on plate No.3 of SSR Part-I, connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion. Note: (i) Rate quoted by contractor shall be inclusive rate for Earth work, Earthing electrode, all connections, nut-bolts, washers, complete labour, testing, Earth lead upto 7.5 mtr, char coal dust, common salt, porcelain insulator,PCC earth Pit, CI frame ,RCC cover, funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe, earth lead protection pipe.

Supply , Fixing & laying of GI tubing light grade 80 mm dia for road crossing along with pole/culvert /drainage for mechanical protection of cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: All items and accessories , bend, joints, nut bolts, clamps etc shall be inclusive in quoted rates for this item.

Disconnecting & taking out defective underground cable any size and any type from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying, connecting and testing XLPE underground cable insulated, and overall sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade 35 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ on poles/ road crossing or passing through existing/new pipe under road crossing, clamping on wall etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Earth work, removing, returning filling and pipe will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Cost of laying electrical cable through new/existing pipe under road, buildings, railway tracks, highways shall be inclusive in the quoted rates. (iii) All equipments , machinery or tools if required for laying electrical cable through new/existing pipes are provided by the contractor without any extra cost.

Supply & fixing in repair Pin / Post type insulator vitreous white, brown or green 11000 volts grade of 150 mm dia and 150mm height including one galvanized mild steel spindle with two GI washers and one galvanized nuts bolts incl dismantling and taking down old insulator complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing or laying in replacement HDPE (DWC) tubing outer dia not less than 50 mm fixing on poles, walls under floors, laying on surface etc as reqd at site complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i)The rates of required accessories, bend, joints etc are deemed to be included in quoted rates. (ii) The rate of clamps, nut-bolts and any other MS items for fixing on wall/surface are measured and paid separately under relevent item.

Supply & fixing or laying in replacement HDPE (DWC) tubing outer dia not less than 90 mm fixing on poles, walls under floors, laying on surface etc as reqd at site complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i)The rates of required accessories, bend, joints etc are deemed to be included in quoted rates. (ii) The rate of clamps, nut-bolts and any other MS items for fixing on wall/surface are measured and paid separately under relevent item.

Supply & Fix Busbar Chamber of size not less than 0.4mx0.4mx0.3m with set of 04 aluminium busbar 200 Amps rating each fixed on suitable insulators with suitable size of brass nut, bolts and washer with heat shrinkable PVC sleeving. The bar shall be colour coded (red, yellow and blue) for three phases and black for neutral. Bus bar chamber will be fixed on 04 nos of les made with MS Angle. Length of each leg will be not less than 0.6m. The Chamber shall be fixed more than 30 cm above the normal ground level complete with PCC foundation (1:2:4 ) type B2 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing changeover switches 4 pole 400 Amps , 415 volts in existing LT Panel with all necessary fitment and accessories and dismantling and taking down old unser switch/MCB/MCCB/DB as available on site any type any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing changeover switches 4 pole 200 Amps , 415 volts in existing LT Panel with all necessary fitment and accessories and dismantling and taking down old unser switch/MCB/MCCB/DB as available on site any type any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing changeover switches 4 pole 100 Amps , 415 volts in sheet metal enclosure incl fixing on wall/LT panel/any other surface using nut/bolts/Anchor fastners and dismantling and taking down old unser switch/MCB/MCCB/DB as available on site any type any size complete all as specified and directed.

Calibration/setting of protection devices, Relays fixed in HT/LT/VCB/RMU panels with all protection function (overcurrent, Earth fault protection), tripping test of Overcurrent and earth fault relay through primary and secondary injection machine, testing of Auxiliary relay, tripping test through all respected relays and provide report from authorised service dealer/center/representative complete all as specified and directed. Note. (i) All equipments, tools , labour, incl in the quoted rates. (ii) Contractor will provide test report of calibration of relay. (iii) Unserviceable part or items shall be replaced, measured and paid separately under relevent item.

Servicing of HT Vacuum Circuit breaker and HT Panle and RMU after taking proper shut down and disconnecting all elctric supply , maint , cleaning,servicing and testing of HT breaker , bus bar, CTs, PTs, IR value, control cables connections, meters connection, tightening and checking of of AC and DC supply, testing of CT and PT , tightening and checking of control wires and other allied works , removing moisture and dust from HT breaker and inside of HT breaker through CRC and dry cloths , testing of leakage with the help of Hi-Pot testing machine , testing of IR value of breaker, testing and checking of operating mechanism, testing and checking of AC and DC supply, testing of opening release and shunt closing , lubricants of all moving parts,testing and operation of On/Off through TNC switch and push button ,checking of anti-pump device, reapir of racking mechanism, earth alignment,tightening of loose connection and allied work at 11 kV substations complete, all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Measurment of resistance value, tools , labour, petroleum jelly , dry cloths, nut -bolt, washers etc incl in the quoted rates. (ii) Contractor will provide test report of insulation resistance. (iii) Rates of complete fixing, connection and testing of parts are incl in quoted rates. (iv) Parts, spares and anti tracking coating spray will be measured and paid separetly separately.

Supply thermostat for VCB panel installed at substations complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement of Potential transformer (Draw out type) of ratio 11kV/110V, Burden , 3- Phase, Rated voltage 11 kV, Insulation level, 28/75KV(P) class 1.0, 50 Hz, connection STAR / STAR , size and model as suitable as existing PTs installed at 11 KV Substation suitable for Crompton greaves/Kirloskar VCB Incomer at 11 KV substations complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for detecting of fault in HT/LT UG cable with fault locator equipment to locate the fault in HT cable of any length any size complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) The fault which is detected through cable fault locater will only be paid under this item. (b) Charges of cable fault locator and DG set including transportation charges deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (c) Earth fault locator will be provided by the contractor for even single fault and no dealy on this account will be acceptable otherwise penality will levied Rs 1000/- per day. (d) Necessary testing of cable after making joint will be deemed to be including in the cost of relevent item. However necessary earth work cable cutting , joint making Joint will be paid under relevant item.

Disconnecting HT/LT cable and earthing connections of unserviceable transformer of capacity upto 200 KVA, 11 kV/433 Volts 3 phase , Pole/floor mounted, taking from site of installation carefully with the help of crane and transportation of the same from site to workshop and installed back at site after repair. Dismantling complete and taking out the core assembly , draining transformer oil, removing unserviceable parts, refilling oil, ovening of reassembling of winding assembly at factory site, carrying out routine tests, including transportation and fixing back at site, complete connection all as specified and directed. Material and Labour for preparing surfaces of transformer of capacity up to 200 KVA by rubbing old paint and applying two coats of spray painting with grey deco paint from outside, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for heating, filtration and dehydration of transformer/servo transformer oil with dehydration/ filtration plant to achieve dielectric strength of 40KV at 2.5 mm gap, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Any damage occurred to transformer during the process of dehydration, shall be made good by the contractor at his own expenses to the entire satisfaction of the Eng-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and pouring new transformer oil as per IS : 335 (1993) for transformers/servo stablizer installed at various site or in repair for topping up after dehydration to achieve the di electric strength 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Transformer oil shall be brought at site in sealed container from the original manufacturer and shall be opened in front of Engr-in-charge. Container shall be deposited by the contractor to the deptt, which will be returned after completion of contract.

Supply and fixing in replacement of breather transparent type suitable for step down distribution transformers of capacity upto 200 KVA complete all as per specification and direction.

Material & Labour for shifting heavy items / excavating / cleaning areas / clearing site by providing crane/hydra/excavators incl crane or hydra with bucket for repairing of security light as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate, mechanically crushed stone in wall, reataining wall any thickness, size, shape,base of pole in pole pit and foundation etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate cast-in-situ as mass filling and coping of pole and strut, stay around the pole etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only aluminium terminals (thimbles)/lugs in 1100 volt LT XLPE cable upto size 16 sqmm incl dismantling old thimbles of any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only aluminium terminals (thimbles)/lugs in 1100 volt LT XLPE cable upto size 25 sqmm incl dismantling old thimbles of any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Master tripping relay of auxillery vaoltage 24 V/110V AC/DC incl complete installation in 11 kV VCB panel, complte connections and testing at 11 KV sub stations as per instruction from OEM complete all as specified and directed. Make: CG, ABB or Siemens. Note :(i) Relay will be fixed in existing HT panel incl cutting , welding, drilling or any other suitable means or will be fixed in separate cabinet without any extra cost to department (ii) All type of wires required for proper connection will be provided by contractor without any extra cost to department. (iii) Proper functioning and testing will be carried out without any extra cost to department.

Supply and fixing of combined over current and earth fault numerical relay with input current 1A/5A and auxiliary voltage 24 V incl complete installation in 11 kV VCB panel, complete connections and testing at 11 KV sub stations as per instruction from OEM complete all as specified and directed. Make: CG, ABB or Siemens. Note :(i) Relay will be fixed in existing HT panel incl cutting , welding, drilling or any other suitable means or will be fixed in separate cabinet without any extra cost to department (ii) All type of wires required for proper connection will be provided by contractor without any extra cost to department. (iii) Proper functioning and testing will be carried out without any extra cost to department.

Note: The total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit of Rs 88560.00 for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit
