ENHANCEMENT OF CAPACITY OF ISOLATION TRANSFORMER FROM 160 KVA TO 315 KVA AT AF STATION KANHERI UNDER GE AF THANE

Supply testing, installation and commissioning of 315 KVA isolation transformer, 3 Phase, outdoor type, copper wound, oil cooled, class of insulation A, metallic body duly powder coated as per IS 9815 and 2026, designed for input voltage range 415 ± 5% and output voltage range 415 ± 5%, Ratio 1:1, vector group:Delta-Star with first filling of transformer oil of requiste dielectric strength upto level, efficiency more than 95%, separate neutral bushing shall be brought out for earthing.Potential difference between neutral to earth less than 1 Volts with all standard fittings like digital temperature meter,adequate number of cooling radiators, lifting hooks one set, earthing terminals 2 nos complete with over load/ short circuit protection, including plinth of adequate size all as specified by manufacturer,and complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 240 sq mm 4 core , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F ON LOAD change over switch 415 V in sheet metal enclosure 4 pole of capacity 400 Amps complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, earth plate surrounded by and packed with 15 cm thick layer of char coal dust and common salt, copper earth strip 20 x 3 mm dia by means of bolts, Nuts, Check Nuts and washers of galvanized iron and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to main switch board and protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 15 mm bore and water pipe 20 mm bore GI light grade with funnel and wire mesh PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 & RCC cover all as specified & shown in elect plate No. 3 of SSR part I of 2009 including testing on completion,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
