R C C M-25/ M -35, M - 30 of foundation of overhead tank foundation ring beam as per approved plan for all heights & depths including Cost of centering, shuttering, scaffolding, 1 cutting, hooking, bending, binding including strengthening placing & sleeping & maintained in position all the reinforcement including cost of binding wire, mechanical mixer/ vibrator/ bailing/ pumping out water as necessary re boring & finishing the exposed surface of during for specified period all L & M complete (Except cement & steel which will be paid separately)

P & F 830 mm internal dia top ventilator in the center of top dome with frame & P & F 6 mosquito proof netting of approved quality as per approved plan for cite all heights & depths including cost of priming coat of red lead & painting of two coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and shade all L&M complete.

S & F water level indicator with floors teak wood gauge bord pullers wire set as per approved plan for all heights and depth all L & M complete.

P & F in water proofing compound of approved quality and cement concrete mix as per direction of the engineer (water proofing compound to be got approved from the engineer).

P & F lightening conductor of 22 x 3 mm copper strip with projection to the center of the top slab of the ventilator with aluminum down conductor in accordance with the IS specifications including all heights & depths all L & M complete.

Plastering 19 mm thick in cement & coarse sand 1 : 2 inside overhead tank for all height & depth including providing mixing water proof compound of approved quality @ 3% of cement of as directed by the engineer all L & M complete.

Carry out soil investigation at site of RCC tank for bearing capacity and other parameters at the required depth and then designing the foundation of water tank as per relevant IS code and as per site Engineer-in-charge complete.

Supplying 300 mm nominal bore MS electrical arc welded/ERW housing pipe made out of 8 mm thick plates having male and female threads etc.

Lowering charges of 300mm housing pipes.

Supplying and fixing of MS spl. Sleeve joints ( without pipe for overlapping).

Providing and fixing in position MS cap,300mm dia with locking arrangement of appd. Design to prevent foreign matter getting into the drilled hole as per appd. by the Engg. In-charge.

P/F MS guides of appropriate size at suitable intervals to keep the liner assembly in plumb.

Providing strata sample box made of Indian teak wood plank 10mm thick wrought 17 and framed internal dimension 900 x400x200mm having 100x100 square wooden partition for containing strata sample with 3mm thick glass sheet at the top as erected including three coats of oil paints to wood work and various strata samples including their location painted written in the strata sample box as directed by the Engg. In-charge.

Rebate for dismantling existing building structure, removing debris and other released material after dismantling structrue and its disposal outside railway land as per direction of 18 Engineer-in-charge with alll abour and material such as doors, windows steel grills etc,(except rails and electric fittings) will be the property of the contractor. 1.Contractor will qoute the rate for payment to railway on plinth area basis. 2.Dumping are as to be arrange by the contractor at his own cost. 3.Rails and electric fittings will the property of Railways.
