Repairing and maintenance of 2Nos. 400KVA 11KV/0.415KV indoor type Transformer and replacement of old deteriorated transformer oil with associated works at Telephone Bhawan, Berhampur under Berhampur BA.

Amount

Physical inspection of 400KVA transformer with its associated equipment and 11KV DP structure by qualified and experienced man power with required tools and tackles and assessing the materials required/works to be carried out etc. complete as required.

Dismantling the Transformer accessories like Conservator tank, LT & HT terminal boxes, HT bushings, LT stud connectors, disconnection of HT and LT cables, removing transformer top cover by suitable qualified and experienced technicians after taking shutdown of 11KV power supply etc. i/c arranging all required tools, tackles and instruments etc. complete as required.

Draining out of old deteriorated transformer oil from the 400KVA 11KV/0.415KV transformer, cleaning of transformer tank, removal of sediments, removal of damaged gaskets, removing epoxy compounds from the HT side terminal boxes with the use of blow lamps for making it suitable for termination of HT XLPE cables etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of superior quality neoprene rubberized gasket for 400KVA transformers (For Top cover, LT & HT bushings, conservator tank, explosion vent, HT & LT terminal boxes) i/c cutting to suitable sizes, making holes for fixing nuts and bolts etc. complete as required.

Re-fixing/reassembling of Transformer accessories like Conservator tank, HT bushings, LT stud connectors, Transformer top cover, connection of HT and LT cables, fixing LT & HT terminal boxes i/c arranging all required tools and tackles etc. complete as required.

Supply and pouring of superior grade transformer oil confirming to IS-335 -1993 with latest amendments in the Transformer and conservator tank up to the maximum level i/c transportation to site, loading and unloading etc. as required. The deteriorated and un-usable Transformer oil may be retained by the Contractor/Firm. The cost of the recovered Transformer oil has been adjusted against the rates of this item.

Dehydration and filtration of the above Transformer oil by oil Dehydration and Filtration machine for getting the desired BDV including testing of BDV at site i/c transportation of Oil dehydration machine to site, arranging all tools and tackles and man power etc. complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of silica gel breather (0.5Kg - 1.0Kg) with dry silica gel for 400 KVA Transformer etc. as required.

Painting of 400KVA transformer with two coats of enamel spray paint with spray painting machine etc. as required.

Liassioning with supply authority for taking shut down of 11KV line to carry out the repairing and maintenance works of the 2X400 KVA Transformer substation and re-energisation, checking the parameters, load testing etc. complete as required.
