Excavation in trenches for pipes, n exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete sur-faces in cement mortar 1:6 for finished even and fair (without using extra cement) incl taking down plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 5 mm thick on concrete surfaces as in ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 for finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) incl taking down plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete sur-faces in cement mortar 1:4 using water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement for finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) (WPC will be measured and paid separately) incl taking down plaster complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of new plastered surfaces of wall applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of alkali resistant cement primer over 2mm thick of wall care putty to obtained smoothness of plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of new plastered surfaces of ceiling applying three coat of white wash on plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment of old plastered surfaces of wall applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of alkali resistant cement primer over 2mm thick of wall care putty to obtained smoothnessof plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment of old plastered surfaces of ceiling applying two coat of white wash on plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of cement base paint to newly plastered surfaces of wall incl preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M/L repair to broken/damaged RCC chajjas by making good with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 or cement mortar 1:3 rendering 15mm thick mixed with water proofing compound to top & sides and soffits in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form work, reinforecement duly welded if required including demolition of broken/loose PCC or taking down old plaster upto a height of 9mtrs complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for roof treatment in order of precedence as given below complete all as specified and as directed:- (i) Taking out of existing water proofing treatment and including padding, cleaning the surface using wire brush, brooming down and washing down with water to remove dust etc, and brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg of cement per Sqm. (ii) 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 on surface. (iii) Cleaning of plastered surface and applying one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.40 Ltr / Sqm. (Contd...)

(iv) Supply and laying 3 mm (Minimum) thick APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer with weight not less than 3.60 Kg per Sqm, reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 30 cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (v) Applying one coat of water proofing paint with aluminium finish over APP as per manufacturer's instruction. Note :- (a) Bituminous primer shall be "ShaliTex Primer" manufactured by M/s STP Ltd or equivalent in M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd or M/s Fosroc Chemicals or M/s Hindcon chemicals limited or M/s IWL India Limited (b) Laying APP based polymeric membrane shall be done by torch on method as per manufactures instructions. (c) A minimum overlap of 100 mm and 75 mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and all overlaps and joints shall be sealed as per manufacturers instruction. Material and labour for three core flat submersible cables of size 6 Sq mm with bare bunched copper conductor insulated with PVC and sheathed with PVC for Submersible Pump Motors with voltage grade upto 1100 V generally conforming to IS 694:1990, complete all as directed and as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.
