Demolishing/ Dismantling of existing 1 no. of RIICO Office Building and 1 no. of RIICO Store Room of approximate plinth area 3851 sqft and 3310 sqft respectively excluding outer boundary wall at Industrial area, Ambaji, Abu Road with loading, unloading and transportation of serviceable/unserviceable material from site to disposal outside RIICO Industrial area. The work will be treated as completed on clearance of plot reserved for the construction of new office building upto ground level. Note:- A. Bidder is advised to inspect the site before quoting the prices. B. The bidder is advised to quote the net value of complete job and the highest net rate quoted will be treated as successful bidder. C. Net value = Estimated value of recorable /serviceable material - value for demolishing/dismantling, loading , unloading, transportation and site clearance etc.(to quote Lump sum for comlete work).
