31.68 Supply and Erection of Hot Dip Galvanized octagonal pole of 3mm thickness with base plate including cost of nut and bolts and all accessories as supplied by the manufacture including cost of foundation accessories etc. The foundation bolts as per manufacturer design should be hot dipped galvanized pole complete with door locking arrangement. Terminal plate consisting of 2 Nos. 100 A, 4 pole natural links including connection etc. with suitable connecting arrangement for 2 No. MCBs/ Kit Kat including cost of R.C.C 1:1 5:3 for foundation of size 0.7M x 0.7 M x 1.8 M with minimum 8 Nos. 12 mm dia longitudinal MS reinforcement rods with rings of 8mm dia not more than 200mm C.C for fixing the pole with all labour & material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

(i) 7 Mtr. Long pole with top dia 70mm and bottom dia 130 mm with base plate of size 220x220x12mm

31.83(ii) Supply, installation, Testing and commissioning of 16 Mtr. long High Mast manufactured from B.S.E.N. 10025 or equivalent grade material in, 2 (two) section hot dip, galvanized inside and outside in single dip, suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 Part-3 suitable for 9/12 Nos. Luminaire loading fully motorized (power tool) with starter & cable complete along with standard accessories supplied by the manufacturer with 3 nos. steel wire rope double drum system and twin dome aviation light with LED without foundation but including cost of set of foundation nut and bolts, installation at site complete in all respect upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

N.S - 2 Supply and Erection of LED street light lumanaries of Havells make Endura PLEARL NEOSL 60W LED or its equivalent make of Wipro make LR02-671-xxx-57-xx / Philips make BRP409LED 060CW HE NR PC SI PSU GR / HPL make HPLEDSL 6060S with die cast housing, toughened glass IP66 with all acessories as supplied by the manufacturer with all labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the Entire Satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

N.S - 3 Supply & Erection of Single arm bracket made of 40mm dia G l pipe B class lSl 1.25mtr. Long with coller pipe (Gl) 75mm dia 60 cm Long top covered with ornamental cap duly welded painted 2 coats of aluminum paints on bracket and golden paint of ornamental cap including the cost of labour and petty material etc. complete in all respect up to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in charge of the work.

N.S - 4 Supply & Erection of Double arm bracket made of 40mm dia G l pipe B class lSl 1.25mtr. Long with coller pipe (Gl) 75mm dia 60 cm Long top covered with ornamental cap duly welded painted 2 coats of aluminum paints on bracket and golden paint of ornamental cap including the cost of labour and petty material etc. complete in all respect up to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in charge of the work.

N.S - 5 Supply & Erection of 65 Amp. 3 Phase automatic / digital time switch of Indo Asian make HSN code 8537 along with contactor of required capacity of Indo Asian make movement controlled by precisaty quartz osciliation operation on main supply of continue to run on built in rechargeable nickle cadium call for 150 hours in the event of power failure including cost of all petty items complete in all repsect upt the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

N.S - 6 Supply & erection of outdoor duly factory manufactured feeder panel to operate S/L system made out of C.R.C.A. sheet 2 mm thick of App. Size (1100 L x 1400 H x 300 D) mm with hot type canopy ventilation slots ( box type) angle iron / channel iron frame of 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm on both sides. The panel should have double door godrej Almirah type weather proof with locking arrangement. The panel as such be made in two compartments one for space of energy meter with glass & solid wire mesh and sealing arrangements. The second compartment to accommodate the complete control system. Both the compartment is to accommodate system of set of timer, Copper Bus bar of size 400 mm x 20 mm x 3 mm duly tinned & insulated. The panel duly painted in powder coated gray shade. The main pannel door fixed with rubber gasket of superior quality to make it water proof. The panel should be fixed on 1:2:4 C.C. Block size 1300 mm x 500 mm x 250 mm above ground level duly plastered with 12 mm thick 1:4 cement plaster having a C.C. base of size 1500 mm x 750 mm x 250 mm below ground level.

N.S.- 7 Supply and Erection of LED street light fitting of Havells make INDURA PEARLNEO SL-45W or its equivalent model and specifications of Bajaj/Phillips with pressure die cast alluminium housing, IP-66 reflector and enclosed with toughened glass with all accessories as supplied by the manufacturer including cost of all labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

N.S. - 8 Cost of Foundation of suitable as required for 16 Mtr high mast including the cost of founadation, nut & bolts and material required to complete the job in all respect upto entire satisfaction of Engineer -in-Charge of the work

N.S. - 9 Supply and erection of 5 Mtr. Octogonal pole of 3 mm thickness including the cost of foundation , nut and bolts required to complete the Job in all respect upto entire satisfaction of Engineer -in-Charge of the work
