Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. as per HSR item no. 4.14.1

Centering and shuttering including strutting, prooping etc. and removal of form work of foundations, footings, bases of columns as per HSR item no. 6.30.1

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work below plinth level as per HSR item no. 6.1.5

Brick masonary work in cement mortar 1:3 in sub structure i/c scaffolding complete excluding pointing and plastering as per HSR item No. 27.1

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 with 20 mm nominal size aggregate as per HSR item No.6.1.1

Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc and removal of form work for suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies, and access platforms. HSR Item No 6.30.3

10 mm thick cement sand plaster 1:3 HSR item no. 11.4.2

Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 as per HSR item No.11.25.2

Steel reinforcement cold twisted deformed bars of grade Fe-500D or more for RCC work including staightening, cutting, bending, binding, placing in position and binding all complete as per HSR Item No 6.33.3

Single layer brick lining for irrigation channels in side slopes having discharge up to 150 cusecs as per HSR item no. 14.31.2 & 14.2 & 14.14.2

Single layer brick lining for irrigation channel in bed having discharge up to 150 cusecs as per HSR item no. 14.31.1 & 14.1& 14.14.1

Dismentling of brick work in cement mortar manually/ mechanical means including stacking of serviciable material and disposal of unserviciable material with in 50 mts lead as per direction of Engineerin-charge HSR Item No 5.7.4
