Design, Supply, Erection, testing, balancing and commissioning of 16.5-16.7 TR capacity ductable Hi ceiling mounting type split air conditioning units, suitable to operate with 440V, 50 Hz A/C supply with all the accessories (ceiling suspended or floor mounted) as specified and required and incorporating the following. a) 16.5-16.7 TR capacity package unit with Hermitic scroll compressors including all accessories. b) Air-cooled condenser with suitable size fans . c) Drive motors of suitable capacity air-cooled. d) Micro processor control panel (adoptable to BMS system incopporating all features) with automatic capacity control unit to regulate the capacity, safety controls, control wiring, motor starter etc., e) Thermostat expansion valve. f) Integral mounting frame for all the equipments. g) Refrigerant piping and valves. h) First charging of refrigerant (R-410 or R -32) and refrigerant oil. i) Vibration Isolation pads. j)Inter connected cabling & piping between indoor units and outdoor units up to adistance of 5 mtrs. k) Drain piping (Hard PVC) to the nearest drain point. l) prewired starters for the Ac plant as per the manufactureres design

Supply, Fabrication, handle and errect GSS ducting of convertional rectangular ducting as per drawing complete with all fittings, such tee, bonds, special off chutes turning vanes, splitter damper inspection doors, transformation pieces etc., as required as per IS 655 including suspension and supporting arrangement for ducts complete as required. 0.63mm (24G)

Supply, Fabrication, handle and errect GSS ducting of convertional rectangular ducting as per drawing complete with all fittings, such tee, bonds, special off chutes turning vanes, splitter damper inspection doors, transformation pieces etc., as required as per IS 655 including suspension and supporting arrangement for ducts complete as required. 0.80mm (22G)

Supply and fixing refrigerant pipe line For Hard drawn copper pipe set for 11 TR & 16.7 TR Ductable AC including bracing and painting as per standard colours etc as required.

Supply & laying of Inter Connecting power cable/ Communication cable including drain pipe with proper insulation for 11 TR & 16.7 TR Ductable AC as per the OEM recommendations and as per site conditions etc. as required.

Supplying & fixing of powder coated extruded aluminium Supply Air Grills with aluminium volume control dampers as per specifications.

Supplying & fixing of powder coated extruded aluminium Return Air Grills with louvers but without volume control dampers complete as required.

Supply and Installation of MS Collar damper for supply air duct

Acoustic Insulation of ducting 10 mm thick open cell Nitrile rubber internal surface of the duct, all joints to be sealed with Aluminium self addhessive tape.

Thermal Insulation of ducting 9 mm thick closed cell Nitrile rubber external surface of the duct, all joints to be sealed with Aluminium self addhessive tape.

Supply and installation of FLEXIBLE CANVASS CONNECTION & FILTER Canvass connection for Ductable air conditioner complete as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. (a) Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. (b) Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm (clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing tray as required. (a) Upto 35 Sq.mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing tray as required. (b) Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Supply and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3 1/2 X 25 Sq.mm

Supply and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3 1/2 X 50 Sq.mm

Supply of SMDB of 8 way withoutgoing capacity of 250A with Ics withstand capacity of 36ka & IP-43 protection ready to use with suitable metering and cabling extenstions i/c other accessories (MCCB incomer suitable DU250 & DU250C MCCB). Model: L&T DA62D1084CZZ0 or equalent.

Fixing of 8 way SMDB IP-43 sheet steel MCCB distribution board 415volts on surface/recess complete as reuired.

Supply of following rate MCCB suitable to operate 415V 50Hz (for SMDB) supply complete etc. as required. TP, 250A (Model: L&T DU250 , Icu=36 kA)
