Pumping out water from the static water tank of any capacity and removal of water and mud from the base of SWT including solid material etc upto 50 mtrs distance.

Use & waste of formwork to circular on plan with rough finished surfaces of concrete.

S & F mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips.

M & L for RCC M-30 design mix (using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) as in Beams/bands on static tank wall and like.

M & L for RCC M-30 design mix (using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) as in static tank wall, retaining wall and basement wall and like of any thickness above top of footing.

Taking down cement plaster including raking out joint hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete .

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:3) on fair faces of brick work or cement concrete surfaces of wall including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including mixed with liquid water proofing material @ 200ml per bag of cement. NOTE: Supply only water proofing material shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing material as per manufacturer's instruction.

M & L for two coats of cement base paint on new plastered wall surfaces after applying a coat of alkali resistant primer including preparation of surfaces .

M & L for PCC (1:5:10) type E-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling, sub base and mass concrete including finishing the surface even and rough and including demolition of existing PCC and removing the debris not exceeding 50 metre etc complete all as specified.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in hard standing, plinth including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

Forming 12 mm thick expension joint filled with pre formed bitumnious filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade 'B' for 100 mm thick concrete slab.

M & L for Brick work sub class 'B bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), including demolition of old brickwork of any type .

S & F structural steel work as in MS joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc (cut to ordinary lengths ie within 20mm of the length indicated) complete all as directed conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165.

S & F Expanded metal not exc 4 kg per square metre, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples complete to wood or steel members including dismantling of mild steel work of any description including metal wire fabric of any thickness of mess fixed with steel frame weight not exceeding 04 kg per sqm mild steel work etc complete.

M & L for painting to new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide or zinc chromium including preparation of surfaces.
