M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel surfaces of any description including preparation complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART -II (E/M PORTION) :- M&L for point wiring with using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) multi standard copper conductor, single core, FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed cable, 1100 volts grade with and including PVC conduit / casing and capping of adequate size fixed on surface with PVC rawl plugs with sunken type pressed steel terminal box/PVC boxes and junction boxes 1.6mm thick of suitable size, duly painted with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of black bituminous paint for mounting fittings and wiring to be terminated in pressed steel sunken boxes with and including all accessories and using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core conductor, FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed cable as in earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for following:- NOTE :- (i) Quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of cutting chases in walls / pillars /column etc. of any description for concealing the boxes to required depth & making good the disturbed surface in CM 1:4 including finishing the surface to match with the existing surface. (ii) Fittings like switches, sockets, regulators, lamp holders, light fittings shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'. (iii) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive for provision of covering sunken boards/terminal boxes / junction boxes/PVC boxes of any shape and size modular white colour cover plate with frame

M/L for Sub main wiring with 2 runs of PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded single core copper conducter 6 Sqmm drawn through PVC conduit/casing capping including accessaries with 6 sqmm PVC insulated earth wire fixed to the existing wall with saddles, screws etc after removing the unserviceable wiring and connecting up complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and lay on wall / in ground /on pole ISI marked LT XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 35 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc for laying of cables, erection of poles, struts/ stays etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for spreading cleaned dry river sand filling in trenches for cushioning of LT/HT cables punning after filling complete as specified and as directed. Note :- Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid

Supply and lay sub class B bricks old size laid flat adjacent to each other perpendicular to cable with width equal to length in trenches for protection of under ground cables complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and lay pipe galvanized, "Light grade", including fittings 40 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection with suitable no of nuts, bolts and clamps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE. Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) complete all as specified and as directed.
