Dismantling of the existing Defective Electrical panel, busbar, with all allied accessories carefully & providing temporary arrangement for power backup and mending good damages to building works and deposited to concern authority as par direction of E.I.C.

Supplying and fixing 630A , 415V, TPN SFU with sheet steel enclosure on flat iron/angle iron frame on wall with nuts bolts etc incl. S & F 3 nos. DIN type HRC fuse as per rating. ( make : L&T/ Havells/ HPL)

Supplying & fixing 500V, 800 A sheet metal (16 SWG) Iron Clad Busbar chambers (500x150mm) on angle iron frame on wall comprising with 800 Amp capacity 99.9% -99.5% electrolytic tinned 4 bar copper bus bar (size of flat (4x80x5mm) mounted on non- hygroscopic porcelain insulator / hylam sheet having sufficient di-electric strength duly wrapped with colour PVC tapes (Red, yellow, blue & black) for phases & neutral identification - 1 Set incl. earthing attachment and painting as required – ( As per Drawing no. 470 of PWD Specification Book – May 1991)

Supplying and fixing 415V, 200A TPN on load front operated Changeover switch with Sheet Steel enclosure on angle iron frame on wall with nuts bolts etc ( make - L&T/ havells/HPL)

Supplying and fixing 415V, 320A ,TPN on load front operated Changeover switch open execution type in SS enclosure/cubical with nuts bolts etc ( make - L&T/ Havells/ HPL) for existing panel. ( make - L&T/ havells/HPL)

Supply & Delivery 4Cx70 sqmm XLPE/PVC Ar Al cable, as per direction of EIC. (From SMDB to 3rd floor bus bar and existing panel) [Make - Polycab/Havells/RR Kabel/Gloster]

Laying of one no 70 sqmm AL cable on wall/surface including S & F MS clams with earthing attachment in 2 x 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making hole etc. as necy., mending good damages and painting

S&F and fixing compression type gland complete with brassgland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of following cables , as per GS. 4Cx70 sqmm XLPE/PVC armoured cables

Finishing of 4Cx70 sqmm XLPE/PVC insulated armoured cable ends by soldering with cable sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, soldering materials, tapes etc. and making connection to switch, BDB and BBC etc., as per GS.

Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (make- Havells/ polycab/ RR kabel) of the following sizes in the prelaid polythene pipe and by the prelaid GI fish wire and making necy. connection as required 1 x 150 sqmm Copper wire as ECC {from Main switch to Busbar}

1 x 120 sqmm Copper wire as ECC {from Busbar to SMDB and changeover}

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketting with pin/ ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, tapes. 150 sqmm

Earthing with 50mm dia GI pipe (ISI-M) 3.64mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1x4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13mm dia x 80mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S&F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under-ground level and partly above-ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground, as per GS.

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming, for Soft Soil, as per GS.

S&F earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as reqd., as per GS.

Connecting the equipments to earth busbar incl. S&F 2x8SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire on wall/floor with staples buried inside wall/floor as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs etc. as reqd. & mending good damages as per GS.
