General servicing / Cleaning and Checking & attending of 1x200 KVA Outdoor Sub Station along with four Pole structures tracing out its defects for all types of working components/accessories, tightening of electrical contacts, replacement of defective nuts/bolts, including dismantling, Oiling, greasing, Servicing, Cleaning of Structure, etc and tree branches cutting, complete as required. (taking permit with MPEB for shud down also included in the item )

Filtration/dehydration of transformer Oil to improve the Electrical properties i/c submission of test report of dielectric strength of filtered Oil of Top & bottom level of Oil tank etc. complete as required. ( Item including Transportation and hiring charge of Filtration Machine

Supplying and filling of tested quality insulated transformer Oil confirming to relevant IS specification to maintain the permissible Oil level as required .

Supplying of 3.5 x 240 Sq.mm. size aluminum conductor, XLPE insulated , armored cable confirming to relevant IS specification 1100 volts grade etc. complete as required . [ ISI Mark ].

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME / METAL pipe as required . (a) Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. (a) Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm .

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required (a ) Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm (clamped with 40x3mm MS flat clamp)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. (a) 3½ X 240 sq. mm (57mm )

Providing, laying and fixing following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground / Surface / Air complete with G.I. fittings / Clamp including trenching and re-filling etc. as required (a) 150 mm dia

Supplying and installing following size of perforated pre-painted M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, including bolts & nuts, painting supports etc as required. (a) 300 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness .

Providing and fixing H.T. danger notice plate of 250 mm X 200 mm , made of mild steel , at least 2 mm thick , and vitreous enameled white on both sides, and with inscription in single red colour on front side as required.

Supplying & fixing a set of GI buckets with round bottom, each set comprising 3 nos. bucket of 9 liters capacity, including providing and fixing suitable bracket with hooks for holding the buckets, painting with red paint and lettering ` FIRE ' on each bucket and refilling them complete with sand as required .

Supplying & laying of following size ACSR conductor for drawing of 11 KV over head line / Interconnection of all insulators , Gang operated Air Break switches , Lightening arresters , Drop out fuses and HT side with suitable bimetallic clamps/LT Line complete as required . The interconnection includes incoming from the M.P.E.B. supply up to HT side of transformer . (a) AAAC RABBIT CONDUCTOR 0.05 SQ. INCH ( 55 SQ.MM. AL.EQ. )

Supplying , Installation , Testing and commissioning of the following items including all inter connection on 4 pole Structure with necessary accessories etc. complete i/c dismantling of existing items etc. as required. ( Note - All interconnection with H T bus bar shall be done by using clamps / connectors / Tension Hardware / insulation sleeves & suitable accessories etc. )

Supplying and erection of three piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 11 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 9 KV ( rms ) with a nominal discharge current rating of 5 KA and complete with galvanized clamping arrangement , G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required .

Supplying and erection of 11 KV disc insulator for 11 KV lines with galvanised insulator fittings , ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps , bolts , nuts , washers etc as required

Supplying and erection of 11 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts , washers etc. as required.

Supplying, filling & spreading of 40 mm nominal size metal gravel stone aggregate in the transformer yard complete with leveling etc as directed by Engineer Incharge

General servicing / Cleaning and treatment of Existing Earthing system and measurement of earth resistance i/c repair of broken earth chamber and painting complete as required

Providing and Making Painting of Four Pole Structure of 1x200 KVA Out door Sub Station including Fencing , Pole , Channels , Angles , Pipes complete after scrubbing the rust from pole / Structure with one coat Epoxy Primer & 2 coat of MRF charcoal PU Paint Supply of all materials , labour and matching with exhisting colour of structure / pole as directed by the engineer in charge etc. complete as required .

Providing lime whitewash of the existing exterior wall surrounding the Fencing yard and foundation of the transformer of 1x200 KVA Out door Sub station etc. complete as required.

Checking & attending of LT Panel of 1x200 KVA Out door Sub Station tracing out of its defects for all type working components / accessories , tightening of electrical contacts , replacement of defective nuts / bolts , including dismantling , cleaning , Oiling , greasing , Servicing etc complete as required .

Supplying , Installation , Testing and commissioning of the following items including all inter connection on 4 pole Structure with necessary accessories etc. complete i/c dismantling of existing items etc. as required. Supplying and Fixing of 8 stage Three Phase 415 Volt 50 Hz Automatic Power Factor Corrector Relay in the existing panel, i/c. wiring, connections, etc. as reqd.( L& T make )

General Servicing and Supply & replacement of the following electrical accessories in the existing capacitor panel/LT panel, i/c. connections testing and checking proper operation, etc. complete as required reqd.
