SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-I Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and avg 15 cm deep and getting out any type of soil complete all as specified and directed

Removing Excavated soils not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M & L for hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken granite stone, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using Broken / brick bat complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type D- 2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.incl brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete as in floor over and including 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying floor finishes over and incl applying neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre incl rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copings, plinth course, damp proof course, bed blocks, benching, PCC cills and similar items incl formwork complete all as specified and directed

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 40mm graded graded graded graded aggregate aggregatewith solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block Electrovibro , glazed finish any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with Grey With Grey and no and pigment complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concree surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 5 mm thick in CM (1:3) on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement including three coat of white wash on ceiling including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed. .

Material and labour for three coat of white wash on newly plastered surface on wall including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.
