Installation of Sub Surface Drainage work in Channagiri Taluk at Karekatte, Hallimallapura , Kashipura Villages and in Honnali Taluk at Konayakanahalli, Kotemalluru, Chiluru-Gadekatte, Holemadapura, Bidaragedde, Balamuri, Yakkanahalli, Vijayapura, kumbaluru, Nelahonne & Kulambi Villages of Tunga & Bhadra atchkut in Davanagere District. (Package No-EE SMG SSD-2)

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24,2024-25,2025-26. Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Sub Surface Drainage work of value not less than 50% of amount put to tender i.e. Rs. 44,46,852/-.(An additional weightage of 10% for each year will be considered).

Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work in the last five years (i.e 2021-22 to 2025-26) .(usually 80% of Peak annual rate of construction) the following minimum quantities of work in the last five years.(usually 80% of Peak annual rate of construction),Earthwork excavation-8426.71 cum, Corrugated HDPE pipes 100 mm Dia-2044.00 Mtr, Perforated Corrugated PVC pipes 80 mm Dia-18424.00 Mtr

EPF Registration certificate with April-2026/May-2026 paid receipt

A copy of the Income Tax return filed for the assessment year 2025-26

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24,2024-25,2025-26.Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover(in all classes of Civil Engineering construction works only) of Rs. 88,93,704.00/-Annual Turnover Certificate along with Balance sheet certified/attested by Chartered Accountants which should be uploaded with 18-Digits system generated unique number UDIN Number, usually not less than the amount put to tender. (An additional weightage of 10% for each year will be considered).

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities from Nationalised Banks of not less than Rs.26.68 Lakhs (Credit lines/letter of credit/Certificates from Banks) for meeting the fund requirement etc., for the work mentioned
