Upgradation Procurement of Heritage Assets SR to Group of Monoliths Derebara 2025-26 as specified in the BOQ

Execution of works

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means(Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out theexcavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete ofspecified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work includingstraightening, cutting, bending, lacing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Providing and laying in position specified grade ofreinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement – All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stoneaggregate 20 mm nominal size de rived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Columns, Pillars, Piers,Abutments, Posts and Struts.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth inCement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand).

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat ofexterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint togive an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation,grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Provision for purchase of water for execution of the above mentioned items and for temporary camp for officials as there is no water source surrounding the monument complex (Per trip 2000 Ltr.) etc.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and makingcurvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/cfixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., ofrequired size, on the top of the floor or the side of waistslab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excludingfixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective overhead signage boards made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III ofASTM-D- 4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with bluecolour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of STM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including thecost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings,specification and direction of heengineerincharge.(Structural frame work including M.S plate to be provided separately. Rectangular area of the sheet only shall be measured for payment).

Providing and laying gang saw cut 18 mm thick, mirror polished pre moulded and pre polished machine cutgranite stone of required size and shape of approved shade, colour and texture in footpath, flooring cut granite stone of required size and shape of approved shade, colour and texture in footpath, flooring in road sideplazas and similar locations, laid over 0mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Provision for writing of granite signage board.

Provision for installation of MS pole hanging Dustbin at site.

Provision for decorative MS visitors bench of length 1.50 m over a PCC base of 2.50x1.50x0.10 m.

Provision for cutting and removal of big dead trees inside monument complex to jungle area, approx 10 Nos.

Provision for transportation of stainless steel PNB, DNB, granite, iron benches, dustbin etc stone from Guwahati to Derabara (DimaHasao) site including loading &unloading at site spot (Approx 400 KM)
