Providing two legged scaffolding for average height of 10.00 m using 10cm dia casuarina props, distance between two rows being 1.25m and spacing of posts being 2m in both rows, with two horizontal posts with 0.50m overlap on either side and braces at 2m c/c including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with C.W Planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc., complete using coir and nails.

Providing false ceiling with Thermocoal 25mm thick over the Aluminium section 25x25x1mm (T & L angle) with 50cm c/c in one direction 100cm c/c in another direction with 6mm dia M.S. rod as stiffner at a distance of 1.25m c/c including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, scaffolding charges etc., complete.

Supply and providing in position of sintex PVC water tank / equivalent of capacity 1000 litres as instructed by the site Engineer rate including transporting cost of all material, transport, lead, lift etc., complete.

Supplying laying and jointing in position of 25mm, 20mm dia GI pipes ('B' Class) as instructed by the site Engineer rate including cost of all GI specials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete. A) 25mm dia GI pipe

Clean removal of worn out cement plaster from walls & plastering with C.M 1:5, 12 mm thick including one coat of primer with white cement, cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete

Dismantling the existing doors & windows including removal of frames, hinges & fastenings, including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, devolution to sores, etc. complete.

Providing shuttering for supporting the reinforced cement concrete surfaces rate including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Providing RCC 1:1.5:3 using OP cement with 12mm to 20mm machine crushed HBG metal including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete (excluding cost of reinforcement and form work.)

Supplying & providing RTS rod including cutting, bending, tying & fixing in position as per specification including binding wires, cost of all other materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete

Removing the spalled/ distressed RCC from the existing concrete to average thickness of 75mm disposal of debris with a lead of 1km and roughening the surface thoroughly with reebaklens fosroc acid/ equivalent with all lead lift labour etc., complete.

Micro Concrete for RCC wall with shuttering a. Applying One coat of Nito Zinc/equivalent primer after thorough cleaning of rust in the reinforcement rate including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site. b. Providing fabricating and erecting slurry tight from work with plywood shutters with suitable supports, which do not deform side walls including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site. c. Providing micro concrete using Rendroc RG (or) equivalent as per manufacturer’s specifications this mixed micro concrete should be placed continuously for an average thickness of 75mm including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site. d. Applying One coat of Polymer modified Acrylic Emulsion (Nito bond AR or equivalent) in the walls etc., including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Providing and fixing steel door of required size with single leaf, frame using 30 x 30 x 5mm M.S angle shutters with 30 x 20 x 3mm M.S angle and flat 4 x 5mm for door sfiffner center portion 20 x 5mm for shutter stiffner horizontal and 16 x 5mm for door stiffner outer vertical and horizontal with 2mm thick M.S Sheet both sides made with 2 no. tower bolt, 1 no. aldrop, 2 no. handles, 3 nos. hinges with cost of all materials lead lift etc., complete including two coats of approved quantity enamel paint over the priming coat of red oxide.

Providing and fixing of aluminium framed and panelled door with 12mm thick prelaminated Medium density fiber (MDF) at bottom and 5.5mm thick plain glass at Top using aluminium door frame of size 100mm x 45mm x 2mm and shutter frame of size 45mm x 45mm for sides, top & middle and 100mm x 45mm at bottom and confirming to relevant IS including all fittings and furniture's, floor spring, handle, cost of all materials, labour charges, fixing, finishing etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of rain water down fall pipe (4Kg/cm2) using approved quality PVC pipe of160mm dia including cost of specials, all other materials required, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying and providing 5.5mm plain glass for windows after replacement of damaged glasses including fixing all other accessories such as 8mm U channel screws glass putty including cost of labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying and providing water proof treatment over the existing roof slab with polymeric asphalt membrane sheet (4kg/cm2) constituting 7 layers with thermo fusible HM HDFE film one at top and other of bottom layer of this polymeric mix 1 layer of fiber glass tissue, 2 layers of polymeric mix on the top and bottom of 90 microns HM HDPE film, cracks on roof slab to be filled with cement based filter, laying of PAM sheets over a coating of 90/15 hot blown bitumen with 100mm over lap sealed by LPG flame torch further coated with oxides bitumen 90/15 and finally coated with aluminium coating and also extra attention should be given in roof / drain curve portion as per instruction of site Engineer including cost of all labour, lead, lift, T& P etc. complete.

Painting the control room wall and ceiling surface with two coats of best synthetic enamel paint of industrial quality Asian paint or equivalent approval color after through scrapping with sand supply rate including cost of paint, brush, labour, lead, lift etc. complete.

Providing two coats with snowcem of first class quality paint & approved colour including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, labours, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Providing two coats of Acrylic distemper for inner wall of first class quality paint approved colour including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, labours, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed enamel paint for the old steel surface including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, thorough cleaning of surface, labours, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Providing two coats of anticorrosive black paint to the newly plastered surface, rate including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.
