M&L for making good/repair to potholes in concrete slabs (exposed rigid pavement) by cutting area exc. 50 sq.cm and 25mm to 35mm deep and cutting spilled joint, sides perpendicular and parallel to edges by mechnical tools like diamond cutter, cleaning with compressed air under pressure and filling with epoxy resin mortar in the ratio 1:5 (one part of epoxy and five parts of sand) after application of specified resin primer and removal of rubbish off to a distance exc. 250m and not exc. 500m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Application of epoxy work to be done through authorised Applicator only.

M&L for cleaning the existing cracks 5mm to 10mm wide and average 20mm deep as in bituminous surface of runway, by blowing all loose foreign particles with air compressor, removing rubbish off outside MoD land and filling the cracks complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for raking of joints/removing of old sealing compound, dirt from 20mm thick expansion joint and cleaning the joints properly for full depth of PQC and filling with 20mm thick premoulded compressible filler polythylene closed cell type board as specified and applying closed cell, medium density, cross linked polythylene foam back up rod of 25mm dia over filler board, priming top 12mm with approved primer and filling with polyurethane based sealeant, applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant all as per the directions of the manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Repair work to be carried by through authorised Applicator only.

M&L for taking out dummy joints and cleaning the joints properly upto depth of dummy joints and applying closed cell, medium density, cross linked polythelene foam back up rod of 25mm dia, priming top 12mm with approved primer and filling with polyurethane based sealeant, applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant all as per the directions of the manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Repair work will be carried by through authorised applicator only.

M&L for repairs to potholes, edge deformation, overlays, edge repairs, carpeting in asphalt and concrete with pre ready mix of required grade (standard/fine grade) for flexible pavement including marking the affected area along the motions and cutting properly into square and rectangular profiles up to a depth of 40mm to 80mm (average 60mm depth) including cleaning, compaction using vibrator compactor plate or steel wheel roller (for small potholes a hand tamp can be used) leaving a crown of height 2.5cm allowing for secondary compaction as result of traffic flow and removing waste material to distance exc. 500m complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Application of pre mix macadum to be done through authorised Applicator only.

Mechanised clening of vegetation and grass around runway/Taxi track and link road of runway daily excluding Sunday/holiday within Air force station, Jorhat by providing mechanised source (Tractor with jungle jim including driver and 01 x helper/labour) complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (a) Dialy log sheet/log book to be maintained along with users signature. (b) One day is equal to 8 working hours. (c) The grass/vegetation shall be removed out of the Air Force Station Area dialy. Note 2 : The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
