Supervision&maint service for Comp.&turb
Deputation of competent ex-BHEL expert with Adequate expertise in overhauling of the BHEL make Steam turbine/Compressor along with sub assemblies directly mounted on Turbine and Compressor such as MOP assembly,LP and HP valve along with Governing system trouble shooting (inclusive of Electronic governor(woodward 505E) , -3 series Servomotor trouble shooting(200/45 and 125/22), and any other troubleshooting activities to resolve abnormalities of Steam Turbines/Compressor & its associated systems. During planned periodic Major Inspection/Minor inspection and any unplanned Breakdown Job a detailed tentative Bar chart has to prepared and submitted to EIC. Expert (ex-BHEL) shall be able to solve the site problem related to Capital equipment as per staisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge & carry out Checking and correction of operating parameters of turbine/compressor, and maintenance of all the dynamic & stationary parts, alignment etc. Submission of report of the activities carried out and suggestion of measures to sustain reliability of the equipment along with the guidance for spares stocks to be maintained. Rate is for 8 Hours working only and the deputed expertise shall prepare detailed plan for the rest of the day and deputed technical Supervior(considered in other line item of the tender) shall be able to execute the job during Ex-BHEL absence.

Service charges for Technical Supervisor for Normal working days (Monday to Saturday)8 hrs per day. Technical Supervisor Shall be minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engg along with 5+ years of working experience of overhauling/trouble shooting of Steam/gas Turbine,Compressors. Technical Supervisor shall obtain EIC Approved Bar chart from Ex-BHEL Expert and has to execute the job as per schedule and shall be able to get job done by Technician independently in Ex-BHEL absence. Technical Supervisor shall ensure availability of All Tools and tackles during Job.
OT charge of Technical Supervisor for working Beyond 8 hrs of normal working days and working on Sunday/Holiday if any. Note: Working on sunday/holiday/beyond normal working hrs, shall be decided by the EIC.
Service charges of Technician(Fitter)for normal working days (Monday to Saturday)8 hrs per day. Technician Shall be minimum ITI in fitter trade along with 5+ years of working experience of overhauling/trouble shooting of Steam/gas Turbine ,Compressors. Technician shall execute job as per instructions of Technical Supervisor.
OT Charge of Technician for working Beyond 8 hrs of normal working days and working on Sunday/Holiday if any. Note: Working on sunday/holiday/beyond normal working hrs, shall be decided by the EIC.
TO & FRO Travelling expenses by second AC train travel for single person, including mobilization from their location upto Barauni Refinery and back to their location after completion of work by shortest route. (To & fro train travel of contractor's personnel (technicians/experts), shall be in the scope of contractor. However, the same shall be reimbursed by IOCL-BR on production of documentary evidence. But the above shall be limited to quoted value against these item)
Charges for Lodging,Boarding and Local Travel at Barauni for single person per day. (All lodging and boarding & local travel of contractor's personnel (technicians/experts), shall be in the scope of contractor. However, the same shall be reimbursed by IOCL-BR on production of documentary evidence. But the above shall be limited to quoted value against these item)
