Dismantling wooden boardings in lining of walls and partitions, excluding supporting members but including stacking within 50 metres lead : a) Up to 10 mm thick

Dismantling wooden boardings in lining of walls and partitions, excluding supporting members but including stacking within 50 metres lead : a) Thickness above 10 mm up to 25 mm

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Polishing in high gloss/matt finish melamine clear polish on wood work in required color/wooden shade texture with following process in the sequence as detailed below: 1. The surface to be polished is rubbed with sand paper 80/120 no. and then with sand paper of 160/180 nos. 2. Applying two coats of sealer with spray gun and allowing sufficient drying time for 1st coat and 2nd coat is allowed to dry for 8 to 12 hrs. 3. On drying of sealer coat, wet rubbing with emery cloth of finer grading with ample water to remove excess sealer layer and make the surface further smooth after this wet rubbing, then surface is applied with special grade melamine fillers to fill all the small and big holes/grooves etc. Filler coat to be allowed to dry for 4 to 6 hrs on which again a light wet rubbing is done this surface is further allowed to dry for 12 hrs. 4. On this, 1st coat of melamine polish is applied with spray gun using melamine clear polish and melamine thinner in required proportion. This 1st coat is allowed to dry for 24 hrs then this dry surface is again fine wet rubbed smooth, which is further allowed to dry for 12 hrs. The final melamine polish is applied with compressor pressure spray gun using melamine clear polish and melamine thinner mixed in required proportion complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Final coat to be done in 1 or 2 layers without gap of time.)

Supplying & Fixing of Schiet bohemia/Pergo/Falco plank engineered hard wood flooring of plank size of minimum 1800 mmX120mmX15mm with the top veneer of min 3mm hardwood on multilayer ply with chick locking and micro-beveled edges as per the direction, satisfaction and shades approved by the Engineer-in-charge (Items includes removing of existing wooden flooring wherever required).

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with : a) Fully Perforated Gypsum Plaster Board of size 1200 x 2400x12.5 mm having approx. 15 % perforated area with perforation size and pattern as approved by the Engineerin-charge and as per manufacturer's specification, with all 4 side tapered and backed by acoustical tissue with NRC value not less than 0.60

Providing & Installation of Baffle ceiling system comprises of 50 mm x 100 mm (50 mm width & 100 mm Height) U Shape panels in wooden color finish. Panels shall be made of 0.5 mm thick galvanized steel after Powder- coated and length up to 4000 mm. Panel shall be high corrosion resistance and good color stability. Centre to Centre panel gap will be 150 mm. Panels are fixed on to roll formed carriers 20 mm wide x 40 mm deep out of 0.80 mm G.I sheet Powder-coated color with cutouts to hold the panels in module of 50 mm at maximum 1200 m c/c. Carriers are suspended from the roof or truss by 6 mm dia. galvanized steel wire rod hanger with special height adjustment suspension clip at max. 1200 mm c/c. Hangers are fixed to the roof by ‘J’ hooks or ceiling brackets and nylon inserts. Panels are factory cut in lengths up to maximum 4.0 m to suit site dimensions or shop drawings. Top cap and side cap are used to cover the edges of the panels.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : a) 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. a) Two coats

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : a) One or more coats on old work

Back with 12 mm thick plywood. The shelves are to be provided at height of 300 to 400 mm as per the direction of EIC. The edges of commercial board should be covered with 20X6mm wood margin and polished. b) The all outer surface (except back side) finished with 4 mm thick, one side decorative veneer conforming to IS: 1328 (type-1), (Natural sapeli/mahagony/walnut veneer) finished with melamine polish of desired shade/finish and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality. c) All inside surfaces and shelves shall be skinned with 0.65mm high pressure laminated sheet of plain /wood grain in gloss / matt / suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality and if shutter is not provided than the exposed internal area to skinned with 4mm thick veneer. d) The each shutter should be fixed with 2 / 3 nos. The shutter should have 50 mm size nickeled chromium brass cupboard lock and another shutter should have 100X10 mm SS tower bolt. e) The shutter will be supported with Magnetic catcher triple strip vertical type. f) The shelves should be supported with two numbers SS shelf pin on each side. g) The areas not having Veneer / Laminate shall be finished with melamine polish. (For payment purpose Front area to be measured.) (Note: the item includes cost of all material and labour)

SH-1 : Electrical Work

Supply of 600mm x 600mm recess Mounted LED fixture with high efficiency PMMA diffuser complete with driver and accessories having lumen output not less than 3600 Lumens with luminaire efficacy not less than 100 Lumens / watt, CCT from 5700 to 6500, suitable for indoor applications complete as per techhncial specificaiton.

Supply of recessed type LED downlighter with LEDs of approved makes having high efficiency PMMA diffuser and 180-225 mm dia. Specially designed flat opal diffuser fixed to housing, driver installed on housing or externally and prewired upto the terminal block. It has a system lumen output not less than 1800 lumens with luminaire efficacy of not less than 100 lm/W, CCT from 5700 to 6500, complete as per Technical Specifications.

Execution of works as per CPWD Delhi Schedule of Rate (E&M) 2022 and specification as and when required. Percentage above or below on the rates of DSR (E&M) 2022-(CPWD)-Electrical items worth totaling to Rs. 200000.00 as mentioned below. (Note: Rate shall be quoted in the Indian Rupees only payment of DSR item will be released on the basis of percentage calculation of quoted amount and fixed amount of Rs. 200000/- as clarified below: For Example: If desired to quote 5% above on DSR-2022 rates, the rate column shall be filled as Rs. 210000/- If desired to quote 5% below on DSR-2022 rates, the rate column shall be filled as Rs.190000/-. (Rates are exclusive of GST and inclusive of Cess@1%))

Architectural / Interior consultancy work including designing the concept, preparing the initial draft and final drawings in consultation with the user and E-I-C involving the BOQ items. The architect shall submit PPT presentation and 3D drawings in hard and soft copy for approval by the competent authority. During execution of work, representative of architect shall periodically supervise the progress of work. Note: The rates quoted by the agency shall include all the activity stated above and AAI will not pay anything extra on account of site visits.
