Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under uncluding cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead: with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 sand) SOR Item no. 14.1.1

Scrapping - Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. (14.27)

Providing & applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand & manufacturer, like Birla White/JK white or equivalent over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth i.e. al cost of material labour and scaffold etc. in all position complete. (SOR Item no.- 13.41)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : old work ( one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.08 ltr/10sqm complete including coat of priming coats.( SOR Item No. 14.49.1)

Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade Old work two or more coats applied @1.67 ltr/10sqm on existing cement paint surface) ( SOR Item No. 14.51.1)

Finishing walls with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exterirs (Old work ) using primer as per manufacturers specification : One or more coats applied on walls @ 0.85 ltr/10sqm. (SOR Item No. 14.53.1)

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content. With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromatic on steel/iron works having VOC content lass than 250 grams/litre. ( SOR Item No. 13.67.2)

Painting on G.I fencing jali with synthetic enamel paint, having VOC content less than 150 grams/litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. One coat ( SOR Item No.13.66.1).

pipe painting with synthetic enamel paint- painting (one or more coats) on rain water, soil, waste and vent pipes and fittings with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture and required colour on old work: 75mm dia. (SOR Item No. 14.33.1)

Wall penalling with 68 mm overall thickness partition using 9mm thick heavy duty fiber cement board double skin non ascbetos reinfored with cellulose fiber , manufactured through autoclaving process Type A category 4 confirming to IS 14862 : 2000 for wet areas. ( SOR Item No. 9.141.5)

SPC flooring- providing and fixing spc ( stone plastic composite) virgin PVC water resistant proof vinyl flooring with a thickness between 4 to 8mm uv coated layer with a wear layer of 0.3 to 0.8mm with a SPC core layer of 2.00 to 5.00 mm with a SOP of heat resistant, voc free, easy to cut anti microbial protection in the form of tiles, planks helpful in environmental of profection health.(SOR Item No.11.90)
