CENTERING WORKS (SCAFFOLDING AND FORM WORK)

Supplying and erecting steel shuttering including necessary supports for plane surfaces in foundation and basement for reinforced cement concrete works such as column footing, plinth beam, grade beam, and stair case steps, etc. Which require only normal strutting using M.S.sheets of size 90cmx60cm 10 gauge, stiffened with mild steel angles of size 25mm x25mm x 3mm for boarding supported by silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by the casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc. complying with standard specification. (The payment for centering will be made only after the concrete is laid).

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:11/2:3 (One Cement, one and half M.sand and three hard broken stone jelly) using machine broken 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC item of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill, fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrator, finishing, curing, etc., complete and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/roof slab wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of wall, beam etc. shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three P.Sand) 12mm thick and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Stainless Steel (Salem Stainless Steel) Door Frame (Box Section using stainless Steel Plate of 1.6mm thick) of size 100mm x 60mm with a rebate of 30 / 35mm x 15mm on one side of the frame including supplying and fixing dovetail splayed end stainless steel hold fast etc conforming ISI specified ensured of right butt joint riveted hold assembly with nylon insert, not to be welded with special purpose of hard ware ready to assemble condition for easy installation at site including dismantling RCC columns walls with power drills to the extend required , including providing concrete 1:2:4 inside the box curing etc, complete, The cost inclusive of cost of hold fasts plastic bush, insert receiver, rubber bottom shock absorbser etc., complete in all floors and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (Open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI / 1mm 125 GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (Black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connection mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing alround the frames. The window should be got approved from the Engineer,i/c., before use on work.

Paving the floor with designed colour ceramic Joint free rectified glazed ceramic tiles of size 300 x 300 x 8 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Newly Constructed Bathroom/toilet/balcony/ utility with Cementatius Waterproof coating\ below 300 Sq.m Providing and Applying CFTRI approved two component flexible polymer modified acrylic cementitious waterproofing coating with a mix ratio of (1 Liquid: 2 Powder), to the RCC surface like bathroom, toilet, balcony & utility area applied @ 1.7kg/m2 in 2 coats to achieve 1mm DFT, having Elongation at break >50% as per ASTM D 412, Tensile strength >1N/ mm2 as per ASTM D 412, Adhesion strength: 0.80 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 4541, crack bridging upto 1mm as per ASTM C 836, Water penetration (5 bar pressure) as per BS EN 12390. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving of 50 mm X 50mm at all right angles of wall Junction with Polymer Repair Mortar and lay 45 gsm glass fibre mesh over the angle fillet when the first coat in still wet, treatment of cracks completely as per specification.

Dadooing the wall with glazed tiles of size 30cmx45cm of approved colour and quality with base plastering of cement mortar 1:3 [One cement and three M.Sand] 12mm thick, pointed with coloured cement to match the colour of the tiles finishing neatly etc., complete.

Paving the floor with Designed Colour double charged Vitrified tiles of size 600mm x 600mm x 8mm in all floors over a base layer of Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.3 Kg/sq.m including finishing neatly and curing, etc. complete, complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Supplying and fixing of double sides pre-polished Granite slab for cupboards, racks, platform in all floors including the cost of cement mortar, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification (Granite slab thickness should be 20mm to 25mm thick) and as directed by the Engineer,i/c.,

Supplying and fixing of M.S.grill of approved design for open courtyard, grill, grill work to doors and window openings etc., using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer members which should be fixed on edges including priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick at required locations to a height of 900mm from finished floor level welded to 38mm dia Stainless Steel pipe post of 1.00mm thick as vertical at 900mm centre with 2 Nos. of 25mm dia intermediate horizontal stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick in between. The vertical pipe has to be welded to the 100 X 100 X 6mm MS base plate encased in the base concrete. Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing of Teak wood Ornamental Entrance door of size 2.10x2.40m with the following specification. The outer frame of ornamental Entrance door of size 150x100mm. Teak wood scantling. The door consists of openable area 1.90x2.20m with double leaf. The each openable shutter consists of panel for 1.50m height and botttom vertical pannel in for a height of 90cm. The shutter bottom rail is of 200x50mm size and middle, top and side rails are of size 150x50mm with corner designed beading work. The shutter pannel is of 50mm thick T.W. pannel with special curving works. The outer frames corner are designed border works single side for entrance outer frame and on both sides for middle frame. Manufacturing supplying and fixing of STEEL DOOR with following section. Outer frame 40 X 40 X 6mm Hollow steel special extruded section at 3.28Kg/RM and shutter frame 35 X 35 X 6mm hollow steel special extruded section at 3.28Kg/RM. Stiffeners with 32 X 6mm at 1.5 Kg/m MS flat is provided as the lock rail of the door and welded in fact on both ends to shutter frame. 20 gauge CR sheets of best quality is laid as panel in the shutters frames. 18X5mm at 0.7 Kg/m MS flat is welded over the 32X6mm at 1.50 Kg/m MS that on the rear side of the sand witching the CR sheet for rigidly. Additional stiffness with 18 X 5mm at 0.7 Kg/m MS flats are provided diagonally on the rear side of the shutter 2 Nos., of hinges in case of single leaf and 4 Nos., of hinges in case of double leaf shutter is provided 6 Nos., of hold fasts 120mm length spliced at the ends are welded to the outer frames of the door. Providing and fixing of Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) 4 sided having 50 x 25 x 1.50mm frame work vertical and horizontals out of specially designed extruded sections with stand wind pressure of 180 Kg/sq.m and fabricated fixed at all level elevation and heights. The extruded section cutting and fixing required space extruded section shall be of 6063 and alloy of BSH 9 confirming T is – 63400 rate shall included to fix the main frame with necessary clamps, fasteners, bolt nuts etc. The main frame of extruded section shall be of 22843 & 22739 (H9) grade conforming to BS4174 (or) IS 8147. Structural Glazing: Providing and fixing structural glazing fabricated from roll formed sections made of galvanized steel colour coated (Base steel as per IS 513 of 'D' quality, galvanized as per IS 277 with Zinc of 120 grams/sqm.) with total coated thickness of 0.72mm. The above frame should be fixed to brick / concrete masonry by using nylon self-expanding cap and driving MS electro plated 80mm long screws into the caps through frames. Finishing the top .of roof with one course of MACHINE PRESSED TILES of size 230mmx230mmx20mm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M.Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming and the top pointed with the same water proofing compound and red oxide, etc., Complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Weathering course concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size of 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (No M.Sand to be used) over the RCC roof slab, the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 31:12.5 by volume laid over in a single layer and consolidated to the required designed and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden of beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling water, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
