Taking up unserviceable CI/DI rusted/ broken pipe line (including all fittings) with spigot and socket/ Flanged ends and removal from site including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes/bores of pipes :-(Earth work shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply, fixing, jointing and testing in repair of cast iron sluice valve class I (ISI MARKED) PN-1.6 type latest IS 14846-2000 flanged ends, drilled having stainless steel spindle with cast iron wheel head at top complete with nuts, bolts, washer and rubber gasket etc complete including taking down unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and directed for following bore of CI pipe line :-

(a) 150 mm dia bore

(b) 100 mm dia bore

Dismantling old broken / damaged valve pit chamber and construct valve pit chamber of size 1050mm x 1050 mm x 1050 mm (internal dimention) complete including excavation and earth work, PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, brick work in cement mortar 1:6, plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (internally) and including 3mm thick mild steel sheet cover and painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 45 above but size of valve chamber is 900 x 900 x 900 mm (internal) and all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down PVC pipe and connection laid in trenches or floors or fixed to walls complete with all fittings etc complete all as specified and directed of following sizes of pipe :- (Note -Earthwork shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule 'A').

Supply and laying in replacement unplasticised PVC heavy duty pipes with working pessure 6 Kg/SqCm and certified with ISI standards with all fitting such as elbow, tee, socket, reducer, MTA complete of suitable size laid in trenches complete with solvent of the following size with all fitting complete all as specified and directed :-

(a) 160 mm outer dia

(b) 90 mm outer dia

S&F 32 mm dia hydrant opener made out of GI pipe 32 mm dia medium grade including welding handle rod of 10 mm dia and 450 mm long including taking down old unserviceable opener complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of sprinkler with single discharge nozzle 9 mm bore and all fitting including taking down unserviceable sprinkler complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge make : Premier / ZM-22 or equivalent.

Supply and fixing in replacement hydraunt (quick coupling valve) made out of aluminium alloy with plastic powder coating and having positive action, self closing spring loaded brass valve arrangement the out let having hinged rubber lid, inlet size 40mm with 32mm out let including taking down unserviceable hydraunt with complete fitting complete all as specified and directed. Make : Drip N Drip/Premier or equivalent.

S&F in replacement of service outlet having two half clamp made out of MS strip of 6 mm thick with nut bolt and rubber sealing ring suitable to fit for PVC pipe, the out let shall be threaded 40 mm size to suit the inlet of hydraunt complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items of this schedule. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material.
