SCH A Part-II Outsourcing of services for 960 KLD Sewage Treatement Plant comprising of Air blowers, One No chlorine dosing pump, two Nos filter feed pumps, Activated carbon filter, multigrade sand filter, magnetic flow sensor , Raw sewage motors Three Nos each at two sumps (1 main and 1 intermediate sump), Sluice valves for inlet , outlet of raw sewage , MBBR tanks, clarifier tanks , Filters, Air blowers etc and connected items and DG Set (to be operated by same operator) by providing three FGM/skilled operators for round the clock operation in three shifts each shift of 8 hours per day including sunday and holiday including checking of all parameters of DG Set and STP, Oil level, filling of Lub oil, coolant and diesel in DG Set and feeding chlorination to chlorine tank and operating chlorine dosing pumps as required etc including all process required for smooth functioning and maintaining running/events record in specified log sheet per day to be provided by contractor for STP and DG set, maintaining the surrounding area of Sewage sumps, intake well and DG Set installation , it shall be cleared of vegetation & undergrowth with the mechanical bush cutter machine once in a month. Failure to meet this condition shall attract a non - reversible penalty of Rs. 10,000.00 per installation including daily cleaning of equipments/installation and cleaning of Bar screen chamber and oil and grease trap and clarifier for smooth passage of sewage water and out side installation area complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

NOTES FOR ITEM NO 29 AND 30 NOTE -A .REQUISITE QUALIFICATION:- (i) STP :- ITI certificate holder from a recognized ITI in relevent trade and having experience in appropriate trade or Personal having more than 05 years experience in relevent Trade . (ii) A panel recovery as per PS (per shift per operator) shall be recovered in case of operator found absent from duty. (iii) It will be compulsary for the contractor to pay wages not less than minimum fair wages to the personal employed by him as notified by the Central or State Govt (whicever is more) for their relevent trade directly into their Bank account linked with adhar. (iv) Attendence of personal employed will be done by bio metric attendence system. (v) Man power if required for cleaning of bar screen chamber, oil and grease trap, clarifier, sludge holding tank etc is deemed to included in quoted rates. (vi) cost of consumable items required for smooth functioning of equipments (multi grade dand filter , Activated carbon filter, chlorine dosing pump) like calcium hypochloride , carbon etc shall also be deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor for item no 24 and 25 . (B) The quoted rates against Item no 24 and 25 shall include of arranging Technical audit once in a year and visit of service Engineer on quartlely basis . service Engineer and technical audit team shall be from authorised firms i.e. ION Exchange / Natasha / Thermax/Optimus Enviropro Private Limited. Only E-in-C approved OEM shall execute the work or the contractor shall have Memmorandum of understanding for the same with E-in-C approved OEM.The rates quoted by contractor shall be deemed to be inclusive of this aspect and no representation on account of any misunderstanding etc shall be accepted at a later stage.

Collection of treated water sample at 960 KLD STP location for testing of Parameters as per Punjab State Pollution Control Board recommandation frequency of testing shall also be as per Punjab State Pollution Control Board recommandation and submit the test report to this sub division as monthely basis complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.
