Milling of the Black Topped (BT) surface to 50 to 70mm depth using Milling machine, including conveying the milled waste materials away from the work site to an avearage distance including hire and running charges for the machine, conveyance charges, unloading at unobjectionable place, cleaning the milled surface as to avoid slippery including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per the direction of the departmental officers.

Excavation including removal and satisfactory disposal of all materials necessary for the construction of roadway and side drains in accordance with the specifications and the lines, grades and cross sections shown in the drawings or as indicated by the Engineer for Box Cutting and as per MORTH No. 111, 112, 301, 302.

Providing and Laying Granular Sub-Base Grade- V consisting of well graded Material confirming to the grading given in Table No.400-1, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer. as per MORTH No. 111, 112, 401, 900.

Providing and Laying Granular Sub-Base Grade- III consisting of well graded Material confirming to the grading given in Table No.400-1, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer. as per MORTH No. 111, 112, 401, 900.

Providing and Laying Wet Mix Macadam consisting of clean crushed aggregates confirming to the grading given in Table No.400-13, including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer. as per MORTH No. 111, 112, 406, 900.

Providing and applying Prime Coat over granular Base with bitumen emulsion (SS-I type) on prepared surface including preparing the road surface and spraying the primer at the rate of 0.70 kg / sqm using bitumen sprayer as directed by the Engineer - over WMM as per MORTH No. 111, 112, 502, 900

Providing and applying Tack Coat over granular surface treated with primer using Bitumen Emulsion (RS-I type) with mechanical sprayer at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm as directed by the Engineer as per MORTH No.111,112,503,900.

Providing and applying Tack Coat over existing BT surface using 2 kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS-I type) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidentals charges etc., complete as per MORTH No.503.

Providing and laying Dense Bituminous Macadam 80 mm which work shall consist of construction, using crushed aggregates, (Table 500-10) premixed with VG40 grade Bitumen confirming to the aggregates and binder as per the job mix formula in the Hot mix plant, transporting the mix to the worksite, laying with paver finisher and compaction with smooth wheeled and vibratory roller in accordance with the requirements of the specification and in conformity with the drawing as directed by the Engineer for DBM (Grade-I) as per MORTH No. 111, 112, 505, 900

Providing and laying Dense Bituminous Macadam 55 mm which work shall consist of construction, using crushed aggregates, (Table 500-10) premixed with VG40 grade Bitumen confirming to the aggregates and binder as per the job mix formula in the Hot mix plant, transporting the mix to the worksite, laying with paver finisher and compaction with smooth wheeled and vibratory roller in accordance with the requirements of the specification and in conformity with the drawing as directed by the Engineer for DBM (Grade-II) as per MORTH No. 111, 112, 505, 900

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete which work shall consist of construction using coarse aggregates (Table 500-17) premixed with VG 40 Grade Bitumen confirming to the aggregates and binder as per the job mix formula in the Hot mix plant, transporting the mix to the worksite, laying with paver finisher and compaction with smooth wheeled and vibratory roller in accordance with the requirements of the specification and in conformity with the drawing as directed by the Engineer for BC (Grade-II) as per MORTH No. 111, 112, 507, 900

Construction of Cast-in-situ Silt catch Pit of Inner Size 450 x 450 x 450mm including necessary earth work excavation including providing foundation in PCC 1:4:8 under wall 150mm thick and cutting the existing storm water drain of size 300 x 150mm for fixing 2 Nos of 160mm dia PVC pipe of the storm water drain mouth with RCC cast in sity wall of size 120mm in RCC 1:1.5:3 with steel of 9.25 Kg including fixing Ductile Iron grating hinged with frame clear opening 450 x 450mm -- 10MT -- Completing the finishing work etc

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads at 250 gms/ sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC-35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc., complete (as per MORT&H specification no 803)

Providing and fixing reflective road studs of Category A' Raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate/methyl methercrylate/ABS moulded body confirming to ASTM D 788 and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MORTH circular No RW/ NH 33023/10/ 97-D0.III dt 11.06.97 The height, waith and length shall not be less than 15 mm, 60 mm and 100 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sq.cm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35+/-5 degree. Each reflector shall have CIL not less than values specified in Table 2 of suid MORTH circular. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2mm and height not less than 30/-2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280 and confirming to IRC 35 2015 guidelines and MORT&H specification 804 etc, complete.

Vibrated Reinforced Cement Concrete of grade M20 (Nominal mix) using 20mm ISS hard broken granite metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and cost of cement excluding cost and fabrication of steel but including cost of form work, labour charges for mixing, transporting, laying and curing concrete, working at heights, hire charges for tools and plants including all other incidental charges etc., complete for drain walls and cover slab

Supply and fabrication of STEEL grade Fe500 D with suitable anticorrosive measure required for all the reinforced cement concrete items of work involved in the schedule including cost of steel, cost of fabrication, labour charges for cleaning the rods, straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills, hoisting and placing the reinforcement in position as specified in the drawing including cost of binding wire, provision of spacer bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc., complete

Supplying and fixing of Reinforced Cement Concrete Man hole cover 750 mm x 750 mm with frames as per standard size as directed by the Departmental officers including labour charges for fixing at every intervals of 5 m along the drain including all other incidental charges etc., complete

Chequerred precast cement based hydraulically pressed anti-skid (pattern Design) tiles, 20mm thick laid in CM 1:3 (one cement & three sand) and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment @ 0.40kg/sq.m and cost towards curing, etc., complete for Drain as per technical specifications.
