(MS hold fasts / lugs / SS dash fasterners shall be paid seprately.) Note: For WPC solid door/window frames,minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e.depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Material and Labour 100 mm dia cast iron floor trap, with grating including jointing to waste pipe, fixed in plain cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate complete as directed.
